WHN solicitors are subject to Criminality allegations raised as a result of failed cooperation by WHN solicitors (formally Roebucks) who at this time are in a formal legal dispute with the writer of this legal affadavit, the Legal Executor of the corporeal juristic estate of Mr S.MCGLYNN.
The probate office and WHN have claims against them by the Executor of the above estate, of acting illegally and unlawfullly.
WHN who have failed to produce documents to the estate excecutor had with my late father from 2015 ongoing.
and prvide all responses from/to WHN as evidence proposes and thus as failure to provide the material a cover up of information ensues. WHN/Roebucks, as evidence reasonably provides acted as an llegal Executor de son tort in my late fathers affairs in 2019 onwards. The probate office have failed to respond to the legal estate writer of this review who places a legal caveat on my fathers estate in mid 2020, the probate office responding stating covid delays over the past 18 months despite the facts the Executor contact with the probate office on numerous occasions since mid 2020.
Contact with senior staff of WHN solicitors are failing to be respond to the legal Executor and provide information and thus reasonably concluding they are conspiring to cover up legal estate claims of unjust enrichment amongst other criminal allegations which are now with the law society and SRA for investigation. Interestingly a former director of Roebucks at the time and who acted illegally meddling as an Executor de son tort, 18 months after the death of my father. has already been reprimanded by the SRA.
WHN solicitors are deliberately avoiding scrutiny and are gaslighting to provide information
for the true Executor to audit. WHN are therefore involved with the probate office to cover up criminal activity and evidence of criminality which will be highlighted once investigated. The Executor will keep you posted. The facts are as Executor of a legal estate there is no liability or surety attached. All men and women are Corporeal juristic legal estates from birth (birth certificate) and as such when any man or woman declare their Legal Guardian Executor claim of an estate, at the age of majority, the courts and legal system offer abuse to cover up the fact they cannot gain personal jurisdiction or subject matter to deliberate any legal issues, in a court. This knowledge has caused institutional bullying by the government for this ececutor, in a bid to cover up the truth. The estate Executor has a myriad of evidence to support this fact. A court judge acts sitting as an administrator and clerk of the court trustee..they hold the ull liability for the legal estate they wish to deliberate in a hearing. They must seek to joinder you to the legal corporeal estate for the deception to occur i.e your name postcode all nonsense to build a contract with you. and purely for judges, legal estate adminiatrators to claim jurisdiction. Do not employ a lawyer as with the power of attorney you provide them they con you and swap roles from Executor to administrator with the judge, and hy magic you then by deception/trickery end up holding the liability/surety for the legal estate.
Once you claim legal Guardian executor and sole beneficiary of a legal estate...the courts know very well they have no authority over a living man or woman. This is why the probate office and the judiciary will not respond to the estate nor can this writer enter a court room. The abuse is rife and will be exposed.

There is one super solicitor in this practice but I have been passed from pillar to post and ignored. The rest of them are a right shower. I have been passed from pillar to post for what should be a simple job concerning the Land Registry, which has taken a very long time, still is not completed, and I am basically being told a pack of lies, whilst using the pandemic as an excuse for sheer incompetence. I needed this simple job completing quickly for the good solicitor to carry on with the case. Trying to get hold of someone to complain and get a return of important documents is impossible. I will be getting rid of them asap and would not recommend this practice for anything to anyone. For the review to work I have given 1 star but rate them as no stars at all.

Critical: Professionalism
I have been ignored by this firm stephen parr. They have agreed refund of funeral charges and wake and ignore to make payment. My fathers ashes cant be laid to rest 3 years on from his passing they have agreed memorial payment but ignore to deal with issues... unprofessional and distressing for me and the family. They dont care.

awful to deal with. I have reported them to Solicitors regulation authority and Legal Ombudsman. They upset families please take note to this review and save distress
