Left me without a solicitor day before my meeting as they didn't do their proper checks would not recommend

Ref;; Louise Daniel Rawtenstall /Haslingden Office .. Absolute joke ... The most incompetent rude unhelpful Inexperienced excuse for a solicitor that ever walked . completely destroyed 3 years of work and wasted a lot of my money which I can never get back . my case is back to worse than when I began . too many mistakes to mention and hasnt got a clue how to speak to people . This will be spread wide and far on several sites to warn others of what a joke Woodcocks are in general . A straight forward family issue was turned into a farce . charged for 3 letters which were sent to me completly empty and never reimbursed . just one of the rediculous things she done and blamed others in the office . if someone receives a good service they tend to tell a couple of people when its a bad as this everyone will be told .. The woman is not worthy of any praise for anything other than the speed at which she issues a bill . Anyone who employs her need their head examined .. Avoid this shambles of a Solicitors at all cost ..Clueless unhelpful and should not be working with the general public or in any type of legal,issue ... not even worthy of one star ......

I have used Woodcocks Will writing service and found them to be very understanding and friendly in what was quite a stressful situation. Its not easy writing a will and i must say I found them to be most helpful and very professional indeed. Thank you, if ever I find myself needing the services of a solicitor in the future I would have no hesitation in contacting Woodcocks again.
