Poor service. Very slow in responding to emails etc. Constantly have to chase them for more info. I was told I had a claim went through weeks of waiting to be told they wouldn’t fight my case as it was too much hard work! Avoid these and go elsewhere!

Amazing service. Amazing support from start to finish. They show that no company, no matter how big are not able to get away with causing injuries. No matter how dirty or underhanded an organisation is, they will be held to account for their negligence. This firm is amazing.

The service I received throughout the whole claim process was excellent!. There was always somebody at hand I could get in touch with to discuss anything related to my claim and the person on the phone was always very helpful and professional and waiting times are short which is always great.
My claim was handled very professionally from start to finish and I always got updated on regular intervals.

Only complaint I could have is the length of the claim in total, but again the covid-19 situation probably is the direct cause of that so it's not something I can complain about really is it? Haha.

Anyway I would highly recommend this team of solicitors and will be using again in the future should I have too.

Your law is the worse company I have ever dealt with.

My claim was opened on the 8th of September 2019.
My current injury claim case has gone on for well over 1 year with zero communication from YourLaw. The last email that I was sent was on the 1st of June and my response was ignored. If you are thinking about using this company do not!! Save yourself a future headache.

The service was great they were helpful in every aspect, Chelsie Tyler was my claim handler and she was happy to guide me through anything I was unsure about very professional and never left me in the dark about what was happening.
They charge 25% and a small processing fee which I feel is fair and with them taking such a small cut it’s obvious they will get the best claim amount for you.
I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Hello, YourLaw have just completed my injury claim. It has taken just over one year and Rita Kaakunga from YourLaw handled everything, keeping me informed about every stage and making it all clear to understand. Rita was polite and courteous and made the whole process hassle-free for me. I was told at the start how much YourLaw would be taking as the fee from any compensation and they have stuck to that, everything has been made very clear to me. I found Your Law to be a very supportive, professional and friendly group, nothing was too much trouble to explain or offer reassurance. Payment was agreed at the start of the claim process, so no surprises on completion, my claim took two years to reach settlement so I feel they earned every penny, the charge was approximately a third of the settlement figure. They arranged all medical examinations, xrays, further physiotherapy sessions after consultants recommendations. I would definitely recommend Your Law

Their personal injury service is free and very straightforward. All the staff are highly professional, polite and courteous at all times, especially James Honour, who made everything so easy. Shockingly bad service, negligent levels of incompetence throughout what should have been a simple process. My claim was passed between three or four people, each on getting crucial information wrong. Not a single person had correct details about me or my claim when I would speak to them, their huge amount of errors lead to my claim being dropped. I am instructing a new solicitor and have requested to lodge a formal complaint about Your Law

Your Law were friendly and efficient. I had to do essentially no 'legwork' to make the claim apart from attending appointments with medical professionals. At no time were they pushy and their policies and fees with upfront and easy to understand. I was undecided whether I wanted to go down the online solicitor route to make a claim and I am glad that I did, having been successful and reached a satisfactory settlement.

I am a cyclist who was hit by a car pulling out of a side road car almost a year ago. I tried to claim on the drivers' insurance myself but it is impossible for a person with no expertise in this area to claim successfully so I contacted Your Law. They have taken over the case and if they are successful will take 25% of the money I am awarded but otherwise will not charge me. Although initially there was a lot of information to go through, (which I guess is normal in such cases), they have been really helpful and explained the process and patiently answered my questions. My case manager emails me to keep me informed of progress or to request additional documentation and answer any questions I have. I feel confident that my case is in good hands and would reccomend Your Law to anyone in a similar position.

Charged a 'usual' amount for their services. However, im still awaiting for my money, its now 8 weeks later from when I agreed my settlement. Joke of a company passed pillar to post not one member of staff has a clue what there doing took took them a year to tell me they put a claim.in against the wrong people finally got it against the right people then told me they could peruse anything threw them this took a year for me to find out joke of a company ABOUT AT ALL COSTS . I have used the solicitors for the first time due to Road Traffic Accident that I have been involved in as a cyclist. Apart from the moment of my case manager changing twice and being a little confused who to contact, the case manager I got in the end has resolved the case very effectively and kept me informed of each of the processes and the timeline.

How much did they charge? Less than I expected, they say up to 25% - which I though is the figure they would always aim at, but charged less than that.

I would highly recommend them to others, especially to people involved in RTA and experienced small injury - where other solicitors have turned this case down due to small size, YouLaw have picked this up and sorted this for me.

Absolute nightmare ,all the problems mentioned by other unfortunate people ,why would national accident helpline recommend this company , your guess is as good as mine , this whole ordeal has cost me thousands , in a road accident that was attended by police and the other driver totally responsible and admitted by his insurers but seems to me your law just wanted quick and cheap settlement for their 25% so called "success fee" ,dealing with this company with heated arguments over the phone etc was almost as traumatic as the accident itself .

I have found Your Law to be friendly, professional and extremely easy to speak with. Lizzy (Elizabeth Gange) has been looking after my claim and nothing is too much trouble for her, she takes the time to explain anything I am unsure of. My claim is still ongoing and hopefully it will be settled soon. I would definitely recommend Your Law to family and friends.

I would give a zero. I have two cases opened. One for my car accident, which does take about one and half a year now, communication is miserable, case transferred to one person to another. I'm leaving the country now so have no idea how this is going to turn...
The second is for my son. The case was served to them on the gold plate as we had other party admitting their mistake, we just were not happy with the amount offered...However due to fact my son is little it has to go through the juvenile court. Well... we won't be able to attend now, will we as we are leaving and they lie to us all the paperwork was send and we are waiting for the court day for two months till I received an email where they stated they didn't send it yet because of some amendments...
I'm in the process of writing official complain for both cases.

Shameful. Havent heard from anyone since January, they don't reply to calls. Have been passed onto several people to handle my case with no avail - I have literally no idea what is happening with my case. Woeful. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely shocking so unprofessional never returned calls and I was always chasing for an update. My case lasted a year and the outcome was shocking. I took my case to another solicitor and won without any issues, please be aware

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SOLICITORS!!

Never answer the phone or reply to any emails asking about updates and info on how my claim is progressing! I was referred by national accident helpline who wasn't aware I'd how unprofessional they are! (they do now)!

Very poor, I put my claim though to them without checking, the first 2 weeks where fine document signed. This was in July 2019. And I sent pictures so clearing, by emailing them and posting them. Then no update was given then I called for an update a month after, saying I needed more pictures of the location, I was still injured by my fall. I had to do it. I sent it by email no reply back they got it. I waited for a couple weeks to call them back. They had the madness to tell me to go back and take more pictures as they couldn't not see where I tripped. I had to tell them how many and how clear do you want them. As I'm still in pain and my time is wasted on chasing this stuff for them. When no email or phone call is made.

They don't pick up phone calls. They don't read your e-mails, communication is terrible. Your case gets passed from one handler to another. How this firm ever got recommended to me from The National Accident Helpline is a mystery. The most annoying thing is we get that a firm could be busy, but the lack of customer focus is embarrassing and surprised this organisation still exists.

Would not recommend to ANYONE. Hours kept waiting on phone. Persons dealing with my enquiries were so bad. It seemed I was like talking to school children with no legal knowledge or understanding.

A company which fails to advise or communicate decisions, information over a long period of months when allegedly representing its customers.

Staff are also rude, pompous and impudent when questioned on their case procedures and their carefree time wasting at their clients expense.

Absolutely awful service, one hurdle arises and they immediately closed my case. They will not try for the claimant, even if the hurdle can indeed be challenged. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible service, rude and unbothered staff, promising phone calls and emails and then just blatantly ignoring me.

Don’t care about people’s well being and caused me to be so full of anxiety and distress.

Cost - an absolute rip off, took thousands for minimal work.
