Apauling customer service, no one answers phones, paralegals that don't respond to repeated emails over months a claim that has been going on 2years for a whiplash claim , the fact that their advertising on Google but no one to answer the phone is questionable whether they are still open for business, now left wondering if I should go elsewhere

Poor service. Very slow in responding to emails etc. Constantly have to chase them for more info. I was told I had a claim went through weeks of waiting to be told they wouldn’t fight my case as it was too much hard work! Avoid these and go elsewhere!

Yes I've found this service to be very unsatisfactory poor service don't reply to emails or tell u why there's delays to your case try elsewhere

Your law is the worse company I have ever dealt with.
My claim was opened on the 8th of September 2019.
My current injury claim case has gone on for well over 1 year with zero communication from YourLaw. The last email that I was sent was on the 1st of June and my response was ignored. If you are thinking about using this company do not!! Save yourself a future headache.

Shockingly bad service, negligent levels of incompetence throughout what should have been a simple process. My claim was passed between three or four people, each on getting crucial information wrong. Not a single person had correct details about me or my claim when I would speak to them, their huge amount of errors lead to my claim being dropped. I am instructing a new solicitor and have requested to lodge a formal complaint about Your Law

Joke of a company passed pillar to post not one member of staff has a clue what there doing took took them a year to tell me they put a claim.in against the wrong people finally got it against the right people then told me they could peruse anything threw them this took a year for me to find out joke of a company ABOUT AT ALL COSTS . USE A GOOD COMPANY THESE ARE CLOWNS WHO ARE CLUELESS

Absolute nightmare ,all the problems mentioned by other unfortunate people ,why would national accident helpline recommend this company , your guess is as good as mine , this whole ordeal has cost me thousands , in a road accident that was attended by police and the other driver totally responsible and admitted by his insurers but seems to me your law just wanted quick and cheap settlement for their 25% so called "success fee" ,dealing with this company with heated arguments over the phone etc was almost as traumatic as the accident itself .

Exactly! It was through the National Accident helpline that I had the misfortune to be stuck with the incompetence of this Law firm!!

I would give a zero. I have two cases opened. One for my car accident, which does take about one and half a year now, communication is miserable, case transferred to one person to another. I'm leaving the country now so have no idea how this is going to turn...
The second is for my son. The case was served to them on the gold plate as we had other party admitting their mistake, we just were not happy with the amount offered...However due to fact my son is little it has to go through the juvenile court. Well... we won't be able to attend now, will we as we are leaving and they lie to us all the paperwork was send and we are waiting for the court day for two months till I received an email where they stated they didn't send it yet because of some amendments...
I'm in the process of writing official complain for both cases.

Shameful. Havent heard from anyone since January, they don't reply to calls. Have been passed onto several people to handle my case with no avail - I have literally no idea what is happening with my case. Woeful. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely shocking so unprofessional never returned calls and I was always chasing for an update. My case lasted a year and the outcome was shocking. I took my case to another solicitor and won without any issues, please be aware

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SOLICITORS!!
Never answer the phone or reply to any emails asking about updates and info on how my claim is progressing! I was referred by national accident helpline who wasn't aware I'd how unprofessional they are! (they do now)!

I lost my case with them, to be honest I don’t even think they really tried, never replied to my emails, couldn’t believe my case was denied was gobsmacked. I went through national injurys for you. I didn’t even no how bad they were untill the claim was in. If I had a proper law firm working on my behalf I would of won

Very poor, I put my claim though to them without checking, the first 2 weeks where fine document signed. This was in July 2019. And I sent pictures so clearing, by emailing them and posting them. Then no update was given then I called for an update a month after, saying I needed more pictures of the location, I was still injured by my fall. I had to do it. I sent it by email no reply back they got it. I waited for a couple weeks to call them back. They had the madness to tell me to go back and take more pictures as they couldn't not see where I tripped. I had to tell them how many and how clear do you want them. As I'm still in pain and my time is wasted on chasing this stuff for them. When no email or phone call is made.

Hi really sorry to hear about your experience with Your Law I am having exactly the same experience it’s been nearly 18 months and just going round in circles. Had several changes of paralegals each promising to do it differently but never do. Are you still waiting for them to sort it out ? If not how did you get out of you contract with them? Thanks

They don't pick up phone calls. They don't read your e-mails, communication is terrible. Your case gets passed from one handler to another. How this firm ever got recommended to me from The National Accident Helpline is a mystery. The most annoying thing is we get that a firm could be busy, but the lack of customer focus is embarrassing and surprised this organisation still exists.

A company which fails to advise or communicate decisions, information over a long period of months when allegedly representing its customers.
Staff are also rude, pompous and impudent when questioned on their case procedures and their carefree time wasting at their clients expense.

Absolutely awful service, one hurdle arises and they immediately closed my case. They will not try for the claimant, even if the hurdle can indeed be challenged. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible service, rude and unbothered staff, promising phone calls and emails and then just blatantly ignoring me.
Don’t care about people’s well being and caused me to be so full of anxiety and distress.
Cost - an absolute rip off, took thousands for minimal work.
