Good efficient service received, Sarah Stewart kept us informed through the sale process with a weekly update, we only contacted on one occasion to see what was going on as the cash buyer was delaying things. The fees are not the cheapest but they provided a list of the charge rates for items so it was pretty transparent. A detailed end statement with itemised costs before payments made to enable a full check.

Impeccable, knowledgeable, friendly and swift service from all at Conveyancing Direct brought my sale to contract only 20 days after the viewing. This was the fourth transaction they brought to conclusion for me, with four false starts, three purchase and one sale. The very reasonable charges are only levied on completion so impressive value. Very pleased to recommend and will use for any further requirements.

Conveyancing Direct was used for a remortgage with Skipton Building Society. The service was exceptional and fast, the process took less than a month from start to finish. The whole process was seamless, the whole process was managed and transparent using their on-line portal. The dash board showed the step by step process, verified when the stages were complete and signed documents were able to be posted to the portal. Seriously sleek, unbelievably professional with excellent communication, vie email and text. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service provided by Conveyancing Direct for my property remortgage. Everything was completed within two weeks and information was conveniently provided and accessed via a secure online portal created specifically for the client. I cannot fault the service this practice gave me regarding the conveyancing side of the sale of my property.
The various stages of the sale were explained comprehensively and literature provided.
The cost was very reasonable and explained.
Kieran and Sian answered my questions, courteously and very promptly either by phone or email.
I would certainly recommend this practice for conveyancing the sale of a property.

I've now used Conveyancing Direct for two purchases and a sale. Most recently it's been a pleasure to be looked after by Tara Lopez who, despite three prospective purchases not completing, remained ever patient and pleasant. The successful purchase was completed by Tara, and Victoria, very quickly, as had that by Chris Arnold four years ago.
In every respect I found all at Conveyancing Direct extremely efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and patient, insisting that my interests were best served and protected.
I consider the charges very reasonable, and certainly good value. Particularly helpful has been the 'no completion, no charge' policy.
I look forward to having Conveyancing Direct handle my sale in due course and never hesitate to recommend them.

Our solicitor Gulcan Thomas has been so friendly, so kind and professional from start.
We were kept fully informed at every time and any queries we had were dealt with quickly.
When we asked her our questions she answered them as quickly as she can.
Gulcan Thomas was most obliging and made what could be a worrying time a lot easier, it was really good to have direct access to her to iron out any snags.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the firm and our solicitor to other people.
We are so grateful. Many thanks for their help and interest.

Very disappointed with these Conveyancers. Provided the Solicitors with the funds they required before leaving on holiday as calculated by them. 2 weeks later on completion day told by them that they had miscalculated the figures for Stamp duty they and required a further £3k to complete the sale. Very unprofessional and could have stopped a property chain. Received my final statement which was also miscalculated.

Conveyancing Direct has a team of solicitors who work diligently and professionally. We have moved several times over the last 40 years and working with Conveyancing Direct on this occasion made the whole process less stressful as we had complete faith in their professionalism. When our main solicitor was away on holiday a colleague stepped in to cover the work and there was no slippage in the quality of the work carried out and the level of communication with us. We would recommend this company unreservedly.

Used for our recent sale/purchase (we were steered to them by our Estate Agent). There were a couple of personnel changes which didn't help things early on but once Andrew Henderson got involved things improved markedly. Ongoing solicitors seemed to be slow and Andrew went above and beyond in trying to get things moving. We also had a potentially fatal issue with the title deeds of the property we sold but Andrew came up with a solution which enable the sale to proceed. As with most solicitors you need to chase up on progress but I think that should be expected during a house move.

They handled our sale, a tricky purchase that fell through and a purchase that had problems buyers end and really pushed for completion and always helped us.
Leah was always there answering the phone or emails. Very different to traditional solicitors. She was kind polite and very efficient. Thanks to the no sale no fee policy in place we didn’t have a fee from our failed purchase.
Our vendors solicitors were very slow with a historic charge that needed to be removed and we made most of the calls to Barclays and land registry ourselves.
Leah was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again.

I recently dealt with conveyancing direct lawyers as I purchased a house. As a first time buyer, I had no experience with the process but when I was assigned my case handler, it made the process more beneficial for me! He would always keep in contact with me and anything I didnt understand, he made sure to explain everything to me.
They provided me with details of everything I had to pay beforehand as well which was great as I didnt have to deal with any surprises. Great service

Conveyencing Direct managed my house sale and house purchase in a complicated and frustrating chain which went on for 10 months with Conveyencing Direct being continually proactive and instrumental in finallly achieving the chains completion. Having been in touch with those below and above the chain i have no doubt that the completion was only as a direct result of the proffessionalism of Coveyencing Direct, going above and beyond the norm for a conveyancing transaction and were also understanding and supportive of the stressful scenario and sought and achieved compensation from those in the chain that were in breach and have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Conveyancing Direct was recommended to me by my Estate Agent. I was allocated Tara Lopez to manage my sale/purchase. What a find! I cannot recommend Tara highly enough. Approachable, efficient, always answered my calls or phoned me back pretty much straight away. My purchase wasn't straightforward as two potential house purchases fell through before finally completing on a third. Tara displayed a keen attention to detail and support throughout. The conveyancing service I received for the sale of my property in Norfolk was excellent. Everything was dealt with efficiently and as quickly as it could be with the constraints of the Pandemic. Virtually everything was dealt with by email. The property lawyer I dealt with was clear, polite and very pleasant in her email messages to me. The total charge I paid was £1036.80 which I felt was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this law firm to other people.

Really good service for both sale property and purchase property. First time I had sold a property and Conveyancing Direct were brilliant. Really efficient, competent, reliable, easy to contact and worked really well to get me the a timely completion. They were really good value and had a no sale no fee policy which really took the pressure off too. I would thoroughly recommend them. My buyers solicitor was really bad in comparison as they had to constantly phone them and they didn't check emails and left really important documents to the last minute. In contrast by using Conveyancing Direct I never had to chase them up on the phone at all and they were always totally on the case and conducted the conveyancing process in good time and I had total confidence in them throughout. This really made the experience as stress free as possible even with covid 19 arriving in the middle of my sale! and I know that I could not have asked for a better service, this was the best.

100% Brilliant experience selling my property with Conveyancing Direct. A modern and bright approach, efficient, and very helpful in making things clear to me when I had no experience of selling a property before and needed to have things explained to me! I trusted them completely to carry out the conveyancing process thoroughly and in good time. There was no break in service at all when Covid 19 arrived in the middle of the sale of my property, their great attitude prevailed and they made the legal side of the selling process a joy not a worry! Before the completion of the flat I've just purchased, Conveyancing Direct, specifically Hayley Tyler, have been amazing since my journey started in June 2019 (2 previous properties fell through). Hayley kept me informed every step of the way, was always there to answer any queries I had, always took my calls, chased the sellers solicitors regularly, explained in full anything to me if I didn't quite understand (being a first time buyer) - nothing was ever too much trouble and I really can't express enough how much I appreciated all her hard work to get my flat through to exchange and completion. When purchasing a property, for me I have found communication is absolute key and the communication was 5* throughout my whole experience. I was trying to sell a property before lockdown. I had one, two and a third and final buyer. Sarah Keeble acted for me and she was amazing. She took all these changes of buyer in her stride. She always seemed to be on the end of the email even in the darkest days of lockdown. She was professional with all concerned parties and her documentation was extremely thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending her and would definitely use Sarah in my next sale or purchase. I have been involved in 40 property transactions (buying and selling) in London and Ireland and Sarah is the best lawyer I have ever used.

My solicitor, Hayley (our having the same name is purely coincidental I assure you) was understanding, prompt, competent and reassuring at a time when all of those qualities were invaluable to me. She made the most incomprehensible scenario's make sense and looked after all of my best interests at all times. Above and beyond all of that she also went out of her way to calm me at the most pivotal points of the purchase.

Throughout the whole process I constantly thanked Hayley for all of her help. I do not know what i would have done without her.

Very poor customer service. Got moved between solicitors, first one was totally irrespectful, never replied to a single email (I sent him about 10 emails over about two weeks time and Never got any reply!) and never informed about any progress on our case (there was no progress at all). Finally got moved to another solicitor only after complaining and saying that we will move our business somewhere else, and the second solicitor did better job although still not as good as you would expect spending thousands of pounds of your money you have been working hard to earn in the first place.
Very poor care of the customer, they don't seem to care.
Will definitely not use this company again and will not recommend to anyone.

No complaints at all, Ashley handled the sale of our late parents house with professionalism and sympathy. Kept us informed the best she could as the process went along.
There were complications with those lower down the chain and solar panels on the house but it all got sorted without any drama. It's something we appreciated given the circumstances of the house sale.

I wished to donate my flat to my nephew. No searches were involved and no monies were changing hands. My solicitor at Conveyancing Direct, Sarah Keeble, was excellent and the 'salesman' Stuart Spray friendly and helpful.The problem lay with the organisation of Conveyancing Direct, with sales people up front and solicitors hidden behind them inevitably, from time to time, treading on each other's toes. If my solicitor had been able to speak direct to my nephew's solicitor from Inception, problems on the way would have been avoided and the whole process completed faster. For this I was charged GBP 876.80

The service I initially received was less than satisfactory with changes of solicitor and poor communication. However, when my case was taken over by Christian Wehko, headway was finally made and he saw what proved to be a difficult case through to it's conclusion. I did not require the services of a personal solicitor to explain some of the more technical elements in relation to the transaction which made it quite simple. e have used a few different conveyancing solicitors in the past but by far Conveyancing Direct has been the most professional and stress free lawyers we have come across. Extremely easy to contact and I have not had to chase any of the process when selling our property.

Terrible service. Has taken 7 months to move house, no communication during any of the process. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Information I sent over was left for weeks before passed on to the relevant parties and to top it off I was given a bill at 2pm, that was a lot more than originally quoted and told if i want to exchange that day in needed to be paid by 4pm.

These guys are just a bunch of liars . They will say anything to blame other people for their own delay . After 3 months of waiting as a seller I am standing in the position with keys(empty house) in my hand and my (real) solicitor with contract in his hand from last 1 month and these guys are making one excuse after another . No objections , disputes received so far and they have received all the searches . Just need to a give us a date of exchange and all done . By the end of this week I will pull out and put the house back in the market . Next buyers just have to prove that this lot is not representing them .

Completely agree with all of the other recent negative reviews. We have also been waiting for a straightforward remortgage to complete for over 2 months. No communication, dozens of phone calls made and emails sent without response, no escalation route and additional mortgage payments into the thousands as a result of this company's inability to obtain a redemption statement. Final straw today when they requested a redemption statement for the umpteenth time but not on headed paper - the exact same thing they failed to do over a month ago. Total ineptitude - avoid at all costs!

Horrendous. As a result of their horrendous delays (which they accepted were their fault) our mortgage was delayed 2 months, from the end of Nov until the end of Jan - costing us £400 in extra interest paid alone, nevermind the excessive calls and time spent chasing. I complained, they accepted fault and offered £160. I explained this wasn't really acceptable as did not even cover the loss of interest and they said no further offer would be made. I went to the legal ombudsman, and Conveyancing Direct then said as.I was not their client (remortgage through Nationwide so technically Conveyancing Direct were appointed by Nationwide) they wouldn't compensate, even though accepting it was their fault. Absolute joke. Thank you for ruining Christmas though through a) the stress and b) loss of money.

We have been dealing with conveyancing direct for a nationwide remortgage and I'm lost for words on how poor the service has been. Calls are fielded and you can never speak to the case handler as either at lunch or in a very long meeting. Our mortgage switchover is now 2 months overdue and we have been informed today conveyancing direct will take another 10 days to review the file. Awful- avoid this firm. If there were minus stars they'd definitely get them!!

Your customer service is appalling. as try to get any information from your call centre is terrible. The case handler was slow on responding and then went on holiday with out handing over. I was told The mortgage company stated that the money had to be transferred to my solicitors account on the day of completion to be able to complete on that day. When I rang up on the day of completion I was informed that the money would be in their account by 17:30. I explained that if the money was not in my account by 15:30 we could not complete that day putting me in breach of my mortgage (the money was in my solicitors account for 16:15). Your company had the money on Friday so why was there a problem? I don't think you ever meet your 24 hour ring back target and if I was told that a mythical manager would ring me back one more time I would have screamed. There seems to be no body in your organisation that takes responsibility and deals with a problem.

This company are acting on behave of the buyers of our house and I have never come across a company that is so incompetent of dealing collecting and processing information. They can't communicate properly as never answer calls or emails from our solicitors. The trouble is they are a call centre with call centre employees who aren't solicitors and spend less than an hour a day on there cases. You don't even get what you pay for, cheap does mean a cheap service

Shocking, they sat on a mortgage, financial statements were incorrect, didn't file with land registry. Service is fronted by LMS on behalf of the mortgage company who chose this conveyancing company and they are just as bad. Found out they use junior staffing going through training who don't return calls. Apparently you can write to the CEO with your complaints, he choses to ignore emails. Ended up going to the law society with my complaint. Avoid and go somewhere else.

First time using legal services recommended by the estate agent, having used my own choices in the past. Fees charged appeared to be reasonable and covered all our needs.
I have to say that the solicitor (Jo Filler), associated with our property transactions was excellent. She was very proactive, responded to phone calls and emails very quickly, handled the whole experience in a very professional and speedy manner. When it came to completion the funds were moved extremely quickly.

Appalling and woeful. Have sat on a simple remortgage case for 6 weeks and still not even requested funds from the new lender. Deny receipt of documents sent by post . Fax line never answered. Long waits for phone to be answered and never able to get through to anyone that can make a decision. Not a single phone call or email ever replied to in 6 weeks. Never received such poor service from any Solicitor or Conveyancing firm in 20 years of property investing. This lot are a complete shower and an embarrassment to the profession. Don't even know the difference between a commercial lian and a residential mortgage. To add insult to injury they maintain an arrogance that they are the professionals and you the client are clearly ignorant. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have never had such a bad experience with a property lawyer. Used Conveyancing Direct to extend a lease which is a bit of paper signed by the leaseholder and the freeholder. Took 10 months!!! And throughout, Conveyancing Direct were absolutely rubbish. Terrible service. Will never respond to calls. Never provides updates. I ended up checking everthing they did and frequently found they were lying for the reasons for delays. An awful company and I urge people to steer clear!!

Our experience using Convenancing Direct for a relatively straightforward, no chain, cash purchase of a property was appalling. It is impossible to get answers, no responses to emails, no return of phone calls. Documents supplied were lost and had to be resubmitted. The property agent was told we had signed the contract when we had not even seen the contract. Our deposit was temporarily 'lost' by their accounts department. Obtaining a closing statement was impossible. On the day of completion, we received an email to say they had miscalculated the funds received and needed more money. Do not trust this company with your money or your purchase! Also our final bill contained 700 of charges that were not in the original quote. We should report them.

I have used Conveyancing Direct many times because of the excellent service I have received. They seem to make the process straight forward where others do not, and they take the time to communicate what is happening in that process. If I have a query I can call them and speak to the person in charge of my house sale/sell. It might not seem like much but it stops the stress, everyone knows where they are. You're not sat at home wondering what is taking so long. They are excellent every time I use them. I will never use anyone else.

Very poor service, no communication at all from the law firm and seems like the case handler at law firm does not have a clue of the job she is doing. on 25/10/16 (three months go), I asked for completion on 3/1/17 and apart from usual excuses as waiting for replies still not completed even when it is close to two weeks over what completion date asked for. With the current situation, I am paying higher interest on my existing mortgage and law firm does not seem to care at all. I believe they should be paying me back the extra interest I paid because of non competent staff and also should compensate me for my stress

I did not have a choice due to the mortgage company using them but they use trainee solicitors, they don't respond to communications, their updates are poor and they are slow to respond. I am not concerned that they have not completed my remortgages properly.

The lack of communication, just to acknowledge, is astounding. If you wish to transact on a purchase or remortgage do not waste your time or money and find another solicitor elsewhere.

One star is simply too much for these useless fucks! They've held up my re-mortgage by 2 and a half months and are now sitting on my money even though we have completed! You can't contact them, you're on hold for 30 minutes and then speak to some school leaver when you do get through! They should not be allowed to practice law!

If I could give less than 1 star then I gladly would. Conveyancing Direct were appointed by Nationwide to handle our remortgage in early October 2016. We had a few problems initially with payslips and Nationwide which delayed us a little. Eventually our mortgage offer was recieved on the 8th December 2016. Had to chase CD every day. 90% off the time they don't answer the phone so had to chase through LMS. They eventually acknowledged reciept of offer but stated they got it 16th December?!! When I queried that they said it was a revised offer, thats news to me! They asked Leeds BS via email for redemption statement 21/12/16 so I rang Leeds for time frame and was told (And emailed a copy of statement) within 24 hours. CD STILL claim they don't have it and besides that they have reached the limit for completing remortgages this month????????? The worst firm ever my file has been sitting unallocated for a month despite my returned questionnaire and a mortgage offer being on file. The managers do not care in the Cardiff office and the case handlers are not qualified solicitors and do not know how to help. I spoke to a supervisor named Rebecca she is false, patronising and useless

Firstly,I would like to say a big thank you to Amanda and Harjinder for taking us through the process of purchasing our property from start to finish, it has been greatly appreciated.

Trying to look for a house can be a daunting experience and with us being first time buyers it felt as though we were taking a big jump in the ocean, not knowing what to expect at each stage It seemed like a very hard task ahead.
However, now having been through the process I can honestly say that I don't think I would have got through it without the support I received from Amanda and Harjinder at Conveyancing Direct. Having no experience or knowledge of the housing market we entered into it with quite a bit of apprehension not knowing what to expect, but it was a necessary step in our lives. As it was our first time we wanted to use the services of a very experienced firm with whom we would feel safe and looked after. I can definitely say that with Conveyancing Direct we were looked after and we're in good hands. When it is your first time doing anything you always think about so many questions and what ifs,all I can say to anyone in the same position or considering buying your first property is too never think that a certain question may sound silly, if you are in doubt or want clarity over any part of the process my advice would be to just ask. Never think any question is silly because it isn't if you have a concern get it addressed too. I too had many a questions which I thought were silly in mind were dealt with the highest of respect and appreciation throughout the whole process.

For us the process took some extra time than anticipated, but irrespective of this delay I can say that we have been guided throughout the process with a great deal of respect and it has been immensely appreciated. To anyone considering using the services of Conveyancing Direct I would say to you is that don't think twice about it , you will definitely be in good hands.

Once again a big thank you to the professionals involved in our buying process , you have been most helpful and supportive to us and your efforts have. been hugely appreciated.

I am impressed with the service I received from Chris Dillon and Torryn Kersey, they have been courteous, prompt and thoroughly professional in their delivery. Efficient: when they said they would ring first thing in the morning (on 2 occasions) they rang me at 0900hrs and my wife at 0905hrs. That was impressive!!!

Dont waste your time and money with Conveyancing Direct. We have struggled to get a clear picture of where we are within the process of buying / selling our house. We had contradicting updates from what our agents were getting, and there always seems to be one last thing. We agreed teh sale of house in Oct 15 and we have still not completed. DO NOT USE Conveyaning Direct.

Skipton and Conveyancing Direct have been truly outstanding. My circumstances were complicated with a messy separation that already involved solicitors and a battle that had been going on for two years.

My confidence had been previously shattered as another lender jeopardised the first attempt to buy my ex-partner out of the property. To say I was apprehensive about trying to re-mortgage again was an understatement!! However, I shouldn’t have worried as I didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the whole process. The process was clearly set out in writing at the beginning and I was consistently kept up to date.

The whole process was also completed really swiftly too, even with added complications from my ex-partner in the middle.

It truly was a five-star service that I received and couldn’t have asked for anything more. I have recommended Skipton and Conveyancing Direct already to a number of my friends and family as I cannot fault them, which is so rare these days.

Terrible service! Do not use!

I had my offer on a property accepted on 29th September 2015, I was pressurised into using Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers through Connels Estate Agents as they basically offered me £1000.00 discount off the legal fee's which the vendor would be paying. At the time I thought this would be a good idea as myself and the vendor would be using the same solicitors which would help speed up the process.

The chain was relatively small as the was only three house involved, the vendor of the house I am purchasing was moving into rented accommodation so this really should of been the easiest transaction.

I paid for the searched to be completed at the start of October, I had these back at the end of November in which some had been dated 24th November so basically the solicitor had sat on these for 4-8 weeks. At this point I was receiving a lot of pressure from the lower chain threatening to walk away and I was in a position where I was forced to move out or the sale of my property was going to fall through. I moved out on the 17th December and had to put all my things into storage, as well as removal costs I am also payment monthly costs to store my belongings. Absolute joke when all this is down to the solicitors!

The solicitor told me that they were awaiting answers back from search questions, if the searches would of been completed when I paid them then there would not of been any issues as the questions would of been answered. Answers to the questions were received on 18th December and I was told they would be reviewed on 21st December.

I had communication again with the solicitor on 30th December and they stated that they would be ready to complete on the 8th January, this didn't happen as they were awaiting for a response back from my bank regarding releasing the funds, finally on Monday 10th they told me that they had a response back from the bank and it was nearly ready to go, they now said that the answers they received for the searches were not sufficient and they have to ask more questions, so again they have sat on this since 18th December and now I am in the waiting process again, if the answers were not sufficient they should of replied back on the review date of 21st December.

As of today - 11th January 2016 I am still waiting for the question replies back and to confirm a moving date. I am now on the verge of pulling out of the purchase just on principle as 15 weeks is a joke for only a chain of three houses.

Do not be fooled into using these by Connels Estate Agents as they are part of the same company.

I would never recommend this firm. As a result of their failure to communicate effectively (phone calls were made to us (allegedly) but no message left, for instance) our Mortgage Offer lapsed without any reference to us. They failed to inform us of critical documents that they needed and did not take action to let us know that they needed these documents that were delaying the mortgage. This resulted in us losing our booking fee of £150. No apology has been forthcoming nor an offer to compensate us for our loss..

Absolutely dreadful service. Information lost, ignored emails calls etc. Had the nerve to tell me I was causing the delay by not returning documents they had acknowledged receipt of weeks before.
I hate to think how much longer our sale will take.
They were recommended by our Agents so I didn't check them out. Schoolboy error and one I deeply regret.

Stay clear is all I can say. This firm are the worse I have ever come across and that is saying something as I have moved around 10 times over the past 15 years. They lose paperwork, don't reply to correspondence and you have to do all the leg work for them and chase constantly.

Don't waste your money on this bunch - get a proper solicitor. The stress levels due to their incompetency have been sky high. Lots of sleepless nights and has ruined what should be an exciting time.

So so disappointed with the way how they deal with us! Won't answer to e mails, nor to messages, misspelt my partner name, myself not even mentioned in any documents. They bought policy which we never asked . Tried to charge us 1700£ for their service!! They didn't tell us up from about costs, or any charges even after multiply asking...We already 3 months away and nothing done so far. Won't get things sorted , between buyer and vendor. So arrogant, unprofessional. We pull out soon and rather loose the house, because I'm so angry I could just cry!!!

Absolutely shocking! Still trying to get my house sale and purchase through as we speak. I've chased them the whole way; added hidden charges in the small print, refuses to phone back as its her first day back from holiday how should that affect me? No chain and it looks like it will take 10-12 weeks, pathetic! The buyer is with them too so should be double as quick! They say they only have to reply within 24hrs to any requests made by client. Ahhh so frustrating! Customer service is non existent you leave msg after msg they say they will ring back they when you complain they say they are busy. I would not use them again ever!

They've done a sterling job. Everything nice and quick, and didn't hassle us!I Will definitely use them when we sell our own house, and buy a nice little cottage in the country.
What tremendous value for money it has been using Conveyancing Direct as compared to using a traditional solicitor. I had two quotes from solicitors we've used previously. One was over double Conveyancing Direct's figure, and one was over triple their figure. My goal was to minimise costs to the beneficiaries of my mother's will - and by using you I achieved this.

If only you could arrange car insurance for my daughter at a sensible price too!

Chose them as a colleague recommended them, their 'fixed fee' quote was lowest, and I thought my purchase was a straightforward case. However, they charged me extra later for items they had mentioned in the original quote. Their letters were rushed cut-and-paste jobs. One had two different sets of fees for the same items, on different pages. In their final invoice they charged me extra again.

One letter asked me to study the fixtures and fittings form and the Seller's Property Information Form which were not enclosed. When I chased, they said they did not exist as it was a probate sale.

When the building society asked for a particular document, an impasse occurred and they said 'In all my years of conveyancing I've never been asked for this... I can't see what else we can do!' and I had to try to get them to speak to each other.

In sum, I would gladly pay a local solicitor a higher fee to be relieved of the high degree of stress I experienced over several months. Thankfully they did manage to complete in the end.

Awful please never use! Terrible at communicating, always need chasing up, cannot find mail and open emails late, have absolutely no understanding of customer services, over priced, add fees to the bill without asking. Led to me to believe I was exchanging when I wasn't, emotional stress and upset whilst I am homeless between purchases. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY YOU OR WILL REGRET IT!!

Absolute shambles and massively overpriced. Be careful of sneaky fees and them acting without your consultation and consent.

Shambles - disorganised that I have to keep calling and chasing them for updates, failed to take payments hence calling me up for payments multiple payments even after completion and I paid case tracking fee! Caused emotional distress to myself.

Overpriced and hidden fees - the fee they charge for arrangement of my insurance was almost 3x's the premium! Charging extra for sending copy of all docs to myself while it's free for lender, 2 (why 2) electronic transfer fee@GBP54 each. Paid GBP1500 in the end due to being charged fees left, right and centre.

Without consent - was charged for insurance arrangement and premium without being told what they were for.

WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM!
