Used for our recent sale/purchase (we were steered to them by our Estate Agent). There were a couple of personnel changes which didn't help things early on but once Andrew Henderson got involved things improved markedly. Ongoing solicitors seemed to be slow and Andrew went above and beyond in trying to get things moving. We also had a potentially fatal issue with the title deeds of the property we sold but Andrew came up with a solution which enable the sale to proceed. As with most solicitors you need to chase up on progress but I think that should be expected during a house move.

Slow start (might have identified unregistered title situation a little earlier in the process). However good, efficient service to complete the sale for us. Competitive fee.

The service I initially received was less than satisfactory with changes of solicitor and poor communication. However, when my case was taken over by Christian Wehko, headway was finally made and he saw what proved to be a difficult case through to it's conclusion. Christian kept me informed throughout; called me back when promised; followed up all actions and generally provided me with an exceptional service, for which I'm extremely grateful. Christian has an excellent manner and is a credit to Conveyancing Direct.

I used Conveyancing Direct to re-mortgage recently ( Sarah Keeble). The instructions and processes were extremely clear and easy to follow. I did not require the services of a personal solicitor to explain some of the more technical elements in relation to the transaction which made it quite simple. The costs were very reasonable and the transaction was completed on schedule with no fuss whatsoever.

Both bought and sold a property- I was grateful for the help and patience of both Rebecca Hunt & Tia Forde. It was a long process but they always responded to y questions and explained things well. It was helpful to be able to transfer documents online - there were a lot of them!
I would recommend both highly.
