I do not believe that they are absolutely useless in responding to our house sale it has been going on for 6 months now and still nowhere near exchange if you look at all the other reviews you will see what I am talking about

I was very pleased with how my house sale and purchase have been handled. Terry Mills has been great, he is very clear and gets the job done! And Tracey Nash his secretary has the patience of a saint. I've had copies of documents and emails sent to me all through the process, it has taken a lot of the stress out of moving house.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Charles who was my case handler communicated throughout, gave regular updates and answered any queries I had straight away. My house purchase was not the most simple, and Charles offered sound advice throughout. I will definitely be recommending Garner Canning to friends and family. Excellent service over the past 6 months especially during the pandemic. I would like to mention firstly Jane Deakin during the admin stages as she was superb- nothing was too much trouble for her.
Then my case handler Daljit Sunar was great, brilliant communication levels and support. I would 100% use the firm again.

Garner Cannings were outstanding in their service from start to finish.. Daljit was thoughtful, understanding and thorough. She explained the whole process and kept me up to date all the way through.

The service provided by Daljit was just incredible! She is the most efficient, hard working, honest and caring solicitor who went above and beyond to act in my best interest at all times. I would most definitely recommend and would love to work with her again in the future as she successfully completed everything with ease and on time. My solicitor was Daljit and she was a great help especially when Covid 19 lockdown affected the last few weeks of the process. When I wasn’t sure or didn’t hear from Daljit she was happy to explain and answer my questions. This was a very valuable service as a first time buyer because you hear loads of horror stories about buying a house but I could highly recommend.
