Lucy was fantastic dealing with my case! Her knowledge and expertise on medical law was outstanding! She paid great attention and detail to my case, and stayed in touch regularly throughout. She was honest and give best advice. Such a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish the relationship was faultless. I’d highly recommend anyone pursuing a medical claim to deal with Lucy/the firm. Everything was dealt with quickly and successfully! No matter what time of day, Lucy would reply promptly to every email query I had! She was still exceptionally eager to pursue further , after my offer, although I decided to accept & she took my orders immediately. Payment in my account within few weeks RESULT!! Thank you .

Very pleased with the way Lysander Law handled my Accident and injury claim. It took 2 years to sort out due to other factors, and my claim was handled by multiple people however I always had clear communication and instructions from the team. Emma Strange eventually closed the case for me and dealt with it very efficiently.

I was fearful to bring about a clinical negligence claim margining it would be daunting, complicated and time consuming. The whole process from the very beginning was reassuring with no awkward questions or pressure. Owen was fantastic at keeping me updated and the process was very smooth and really didn’t interfere with day to day life. I had visions of having to be on the phone for hours and having to provide a huge amount of information but this was not the case. I highly recommend using Lysander Law Limited and wish to pass on my thanks again for their sensitivity and kindness when handling my case.

Until Ms Chan dealt with my personal injury issue following a traffic accident whilst riding my bike, I had never warmed to any solicitors…. Indeed, I would have avoided any contact with all lawyers where possible. However, Ms Chan dealt with my claim so efficiently, professionally and with such empathy, I was genuinely blown away. The efficiency in which my case was handled and how I was frequently updated on the progress in terms I could easily understand was excellent but it was her understanding and the compassion she showed in addition to her professional and efficient manner that really impressed and humbled us. I was updated and contacted just the right amount and was never left worrying or wondering about the case. The fees were very reasonable and final financial gain was excellent as agreed. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service I received.

Lysander Law have been amazing.

The wheels of insurance claims move slow but they are very attentive and keep you up to date.

Lucy was nothing short of spectacular! She was always had time to explain things to me and offer advice on the best course of action. She really made me feel comfortable and at ease with what is a difficult situation.

I hope Lysander Law know what a prized asset they have and can't speak highly enough.

An Excellent service all-round and would definitely use again. My previous solicitor which I didn't choose went bust and Lucy Piscina from Lysander Law emailed me and informed me of this and asked if I would like her to represent me. Lucy has been very transparent, understanding, trustworthy and conscientious with my claim and myself. If the other side has taken a while to respond Lucy has been on the ball to chase them. When I have emailed her and have told her I want to give up she has stated that it was my choice but to take some time and reconsider. Lucy and her team have worked extremely hard on my case and they are very good at what they do.
It was a no win no fee claim.
I would gladly recommend Lucy Piscina and her team at Lysander Law to anyone who was dealing with a personal injury claim.

I was involved in a car accident. A van hit my car from behind. It took a while to get compesated because the defendant tried to deny fault. But Lysander never gave up on me but encouraged me to be patient as they worked tirelessly in the back ground until I was compesated. Service was really great my handler was Hollie Preston she was always communicating via email and phone call to keep me updated on everything that was happening. She made the situation that was very stressful for me very easy and not stressful at all. They do charge 25% and VAT charges but it’s not an issue for me when the service is good. Would definitely recommend.

I was expecting the claim to take some time to go through, purely down to Covid and the logistical issues this has caused, but the case took less than a year. Though there were a couple of changes in whom was handling the case throughout the length of the claim, I was notified of these when they occurred, and was notified of any progress, as and when progress was made. The staff were professional, friendly and reassuring throughout, and it was very clear that they knew what they were doing and talking about. I would not hesitate to use them again

I must admit it took a while to get to settlement, however I don't think this would have been possible without Lucy on my case and I am very grateful for all she has done for me, I couldn't thank her enough. As soon as she took over my case she really got the ball rolling and pushed it on. It felt like everything was on hold with the 2 previous solicitors on my case, then she took over my file and handled it very well. In particular my working with Christine Chan is to be highlighted and applauded as she was exceptional throughout. I would just like to say that throughout my claim, I always felt like my case handler was looking out for me. I felt very comfortable to pick up the phone and talk with her, or anyone in the office for that matter. All my emails were responded to very quickly, usually with 24 hours if not sooner. I even recieved emails from my case handler at 8pm on a Friday night, talk about dedication! Honestly, i have been very happy with the service and I feel that they did the best they possible could for me and my case. Highly recommend.

Stephanie did a fantastic job with dealing with my claim and I can't thank her enough for getting the whole thing sorted and settled. I was not charged by Lysander Law. I would also like to thank Jessica May for helping me at the beginning of my injury claim. 1st class service. I was previously with another law firm who were truly terrible. As soon as I swapped to Lysander Law they put me at ease and gave me total confidence that they were working hard for me. My solicitor Christine was absolutely brilliant with everything communicated in a friendly, professional and straightforward manner. She literally leaves no stone unturned and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I was covered for legal expenses so I occurred no charge at all.
I received a brilliant service from Emma Strange. Emma is very professional and I was very happy with the service I had received. Emma sent me regular updates on my case and was also very responsive to any queries that I had.

I was using lysander for over 3 years for compensation over a car accident. I had a few case handlers which frustrated me, but then I got lucy who was absolutely brilliant. Came in and got the job done and gave the best advise when I needed it. I ended up getting much more than I was previously quoted by my other case handlers. Would definitely recommend

Very helpful in dealing with my claim Natasha Hudson who handled my claim kept me informed through the whole process and was very knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered I would definitely recommend lysanser law based on my experience with them.

Jade at Lysander handled my claim amazingly- I always knew my case progress clearly as it was conveyed to me every time new information was released. Additionally I was always made aware of the outcome and presented with the options clearly. I was also happy with my claim settlement monies as Lysander helped me to push the third party into making a fair decision on my personal injury compensation.

Shannon was fantastic. i was involved in a collision which was not my fault, the third party denied but after near enough 18 months. Shannon did not give up even when i felt like there was no progress. She kept me going. I would use Lysander Law again only because off the exceptional service Shannon provided. She is a great asset to the firm. ( She needs a pay rise ;) ! Even throughout the pandemic she still gave it 100%. Overall a great company to work and highly recommended! Believe it or not Lysander Law provided me with a better service then my insurance company!!
