cant really say i've had much of a service, mostly i'm expected to baby them, sent them bank statements but couldnt print them so i had to drop them off, Charge deeds I had not properly signed but followed the instructions in the letter they sent me, try ringing the office but very rarely get a answer, emailed me constantly about getting documents certified even though i replied a month before stating they are from the banking app and the branch does not offer certification.
They say that buying a house is stressful, id say dealing with solicitors is stressful! Would not recommend.
