I used this company for conveying a recent sale. I’ll give them a second star for completing the deal but it could easily have been 1. Just appalling communication where reasonable enquiries are treated as if you are some kind of annoying fly to be swotted away. I wouldn’t use them again.

Used these guys to do the conveyancing, and though it was finally done, it was far from straightforward, definately not helped by being allocated a person who only worked part time!
