Things where going great for a while when my case was with Ben Thomas I bugged him constantly and he never seemed to mind , the problem arrised when my case was passed to Katy due to him being off, then constantly no updates , no response to emails and generally an I do not care attitude.

I am currently using them and am very disappointed. no communication, or at least none unless I plead to get some. important documents sent en-mass with literally no instructions. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
