I found Roberts Crossley Solicitors and my main point of contact, Katy, to be very good. Our conveyancing was, like many other's I'm sure, impacted heavily by COVID-19, so it's hard to be sure that the experience I had would have been the same in "normal times". Aside from the lockdown impacting everything conveyancing, I found Katy to be responsive, knowledgeable, and very much working for me, providing information promptly, and responding to queries normally within 1 business day, which was the level of service I expected.

The only reason I couldn't give 5-stars, and it's a minor grumble, as I did primarily choose RC as a primarily online conveyancing service, was that, when the need arose, it could be a bit difficult to speak to someone, and a couple of requests for call backs were missed. But overall, the responsiveness to emails was sufficient that I was very pleased with the service provided.

The costs were extremely reasonable - a lot cheaper than most solicitors - over 50% cheaper to most local firms in my area.

And a nice touch was the card we received in the post at our new home, thanking us for using RC.

Having put a poor review on here about previous experience in dealing with this firm I received an apologetic email from a Wayne Roberts from the company. He was very sorry to hear the service I received and had clearly gone away and completed some research into the matter and answered and addressed many of my points. He resolved my complaint very efficiently and quickly and it demonstrated that the firm do actually care and take complaints very seriously. I am satisfied that this has now been fully resolved and I thank Wayne for his professionalism. Hannah Payne who originally dealt with my purchase has helped me resolve a couple of important issues since my purchase with the Land Registry, and I have to say she was absolutely fantastic in sorting this out and kept in regular contact with me to update me on developments. Overall I am much more satisfied with things now.

Roberts Crossley Solicitors were absolutely brilliant for me. I found the staff to. be friendly and polite, getting back to me quickly after having left voicemail message for them, they also kept me up to date on the progress of buying my house. I thought The solicitor dealing with me was extremely efficient, she checked all the land registry etc documents thoroughly and highlighted to me an issue with a piece of land that I wasn't aware of, I was most grateful for her hard work. Contracts were exchanged quickly and all this was down to Roberts Crossley Solicitors hard work. I was really pleased with the service they provided.

I was very impressed with the service and advice from Roberts Crossley solicitors. Catharine was very helpful and I will definately use them again for all my legal requirements in the future.

Just a few words to say that Rebecca was thoroughly professional and we felt that she inspired us with confidence, as although our sale was far from straightforward, she dealt with all aspects with efficiency and at times, a much needed and refreshing sense of humour!
