Our experience with Roberts solicitors was excellent. We worked with Katy who was extremely professional, helpful and efficient. If I emailed her responses were immediate. It was not an easy move due to the developers but Katy made the whole experience less stressful. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with Ben Thomas and we have now dubbed him "the fastest conveyancer in the North". Ben was recommended to us by a family member who had worked with him previously and he didn't disappoint. Ben handled everything smoothly, swiftly and with great communication. We are first time buyers and he answered our many questions and put us at ease. From having our offer accepted to completing has taken us only 8 weeks - just amazing. When we are ready to move on, we will be using Ben again and will recommend him to anyone who listens. Thank you!

I've worked with Roberts Solicitors 3 times so far and found them to be much faster and have better communication than other solicitors I have worked with. They really helped push everything through and it really helps that we are able to do majority of the communication over email and phone and working with electronic copies where possible rather than waiting for the post. I look forward to working with Catharine and her team on my future purchases/remortgages.

I have used this firm several times for my conveyancing, I also recommended many friends to use them also, not only are they are competitive with their fees, you can call them and speak to them quickly and they respond to emails right away, I am not a fan of lawyers but this firm can change my opinion, thank you Ben and your firm for your work..

Received really great service from Lesley Owen at Roberts Corssley Solicitors. Our transaction was complicated by various last minute issues, but Lesley always provided helping hands and very knowledgeable. She provided very good advice throughout and even responding my email despite time differences and quite often during the weekend. She also helps me for the Stamp Duty refund from the recent Budget announcement with such an efficient manner. I really appreciate her help so that my first time buy transaction completed smoothly. I have just used Roberts Crossley (Katy Hutchins) for the 1st time and will definately be using again. I can only say the service I received was exceptional, i was updated throughout the whole process the purchase ran very smoothly and monies were transferred by mid morning ensuring the move went well.

Fantastic service from start to finish. All paperwork and charges were explained clearly. I contacted Zoe at the firm a few times, as with been first time buyers there were some things we didn't understand, she was quick to respond and very helpful. I felt the firms charges were good - I was provided with an estimate at the start and that was the price I paid. I was kept updated and had a client login to track progress. The process from start to finish was around 10 weeks. I couldn't recommend the firm and service we received enough. Amazing.

I have used Roberts Crossley Solicitors to convey my house. They were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. My property was difficult, because all documents and maps were not easily available. Some issues arose, but were cleared up professionally. Now I know if I want to sell my house, all documents are correct and availeable. Which is important to me for peace of mind. Conveyancing can be a tad slow. But it must be right. Thank you Roberts Solicitors. Would definitely use again. Patrick

My purchase has just gone through and yet again Helen Tran did a great job. Thank you very much Helen. I would definitely recommend this firm - a great mix of price, efficiency, and most importantly you get someone who deals with your case from start to finish not like a conveyancing factory!!

Very Fast and efficient on my Apartment Sale. I instructed them online and received the information pack through by email the same day. My transaction was underway as soon as I returned my signed forms. I had my contract through to sign the following day!!!! The bill was exactly the same amount as I was quoted. I made them aware of the fact that it was a leasehold apartment which was included in their estimate. On the day of completion funds were paid into my bank account at lunchtime that day. I've recommended them to my work colleague who is also very impressed.

I wanted to share my experience with this firm as it was particularly good and I think they deserve the credit for it. To summarise they were prompt in all their dealings, the final bill was exactly the same as their estimate and I really felt that they went out of their way to help me.

The quote I got from this firm was far cheaper than any other firm I approached. I used them to buy a house for me which went through swiftly. They kept me informed on the progress and looked after me, noticing some details which went on to save me a lot of money.
The final bill was as per the quote. They are helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anybody.
