We have been very pleased with the support we received when buying a flat for my parents. The whole team - from Danielle in the beginning, Kieran and Alex during the process and Natalie at the end were unfailingly helpful and responsive. Kieran and Alex worked particularly hard to answer all our queries and process the purchase efficiently.
We would not hesitate to use Davisons again and will do so on the sale of my parents house.

The procedure was clearly stated throughout the whole process of selling and buying and my solicitor was accessible to talk to when necessary. (I'm being pedantic here, but you may wish to correct the spelling of 'received' in Item 4 above).

Throughout the conveyancing process Natalie, Sharon and Rosie were all very helpful and informative with the various queries I had during the sale and purchase of the respective properties. The process went as smoothly as any conveyancing process can and I was very happy with the service received.

The service I received was amazing! I was selling a shared ownership property and it wasn't straightforward. I was kept updated daily and Sharon was great! She had a lot of dealings with my buyers solicitors and did a great job of controlling everything. Natalie was also really helpful and would call me to give updates if needed! Was great them being based in Stow meaning I could drive out and drop signed documents back when needed. Amazing all-round service and can't thank everyone who helped with my sale and purchase enough! Would 100% recommend.
