I am grateful to Abby Au and Bernard Yoong for efficiently handling my legal matters. Abby, serving as an assistant to my solicitor Bernard, has been extremely proficient. She consistently responds promptly, meticulously carries out her due diligence, and offers insightful suggestions regarding my property purchase. Her service has indeed exceeded my expectations.
Although I haven't had the opportunity to speak directly with Bernard, there's no doubt about his professionalism and extensive experience in this field. Without his assistance, I wouldn't have been able to navigate through all the procedures smoothly.
There were two minor charges incurred during the process that I wish had been clarified beforehand. Despite this, I am very satisfied with the service provided.
I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Abby and Bernard to others seeking proficient legal assistance.

Bernard and Abby from Davisons Law were outstanding in all aspects of our recent house purchase. They were polite, very professional and knowledgeable, and were awesome in getting the job done efficiently.

Bernard and Abby were also incredibly responsive. At times, when we were unsure about anything, we were always able to contact them by phone or e-mail, they would talk us through patiently and gave good advice and useful information throughout. They explained everything very clearly and actively keeping us informed of every step throughout the process.

I had Charlotte Hatch dealing with my case until the last week before completing didn’t have much contact or communication and the online system was not updated but having said that the process was happening Pam took over for the last week i cannot praise her enough she has called me most days and really kept me informed at every stage and even called me after completing to let me know the money had been transferred to my solicitor dealing with probate and again to say he had acknowledged the transfer this is going above and beyond my expectations she was amazing

Quality Davisons dealt with both my sale and purchase. The sale was quite straight forward, Charlotte was informative and responsive to questions and queries, with mostly same day email responses and voice mail message to let me know if she was in the office or not. My purchase however was protracted and extremely stressful!! Charlotte was always empathetic and very supportive, with the most difficult and frustrating situations. She persevered and was determined to do all she could to push my sale through to the final successful completion. Thank you so much!!

Serena Spurce was very professional while handling our purchase of the new build property. She helped us to moving into our dream home within 3 weeks as it involved Help to buy scheme. We went through a process of remortgaging - ie taking out a mortgage on 2 properties in order to pay off a bridging loan. My broker referred me to Davisons Law, and Rebecca (Becky) Bradshaw took on the case. She has been responsive and very efficient, as have her assistants, answering queries speedily and in layman's terms which was extremely helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with her.

Having used a conveyance company recommended by the estate agents when we purchased our property 17 years ago, we really were impressed by the level of service and speed of response by Jo, Becky and Zainab. By using a solicitor in a local office it made it much easier and efficient to take paperwork in and get verified/copied.

Our move was made all the more stressful by the buyer at the bottom of the chain not instigating legal services quickly enough hence the time taken to move, however this was not a reflection on Jo's service. She really did go above and beyond to get us in, and moving day because of her organisation was a dream, completed on both properties by 1pm!

Our estate agent ( Wilkins) referred us to Davisons to manage the sale of our property. Becky Bradshaw and her assistant Jo Boucher were our contacts. From the start Jo was ‘on the case’ with a draft contract drawn up within three weeks. Communication was excellent. Emails were responded to within minutes and Becky kept us informed when Jo was out of the office. We must also give a special mention to Jo for her patience when dealing with a very difficult mortgage company. Davisons provided an unparalleled experience in my opinion and I hope to use them again in the future when we purchase our next property.

Landlord and Tenant dispute. Well, where do I start, it has been a long journey thus far and we can finally see the light at the end of this tunnel. The tenant living in our property had not paid any rent payments for 9 months and we were hitting our head against the brick wall with no help from the managing agent. We were going through the legal aid process and served our notices to the tenant. Thankfully Lisa and the team were able to step in at such a crucial time with our court date coming and they were able to help and guide us to a possession order at the court hearing. I can’t thank Lisa & her team enough for their help and ongoing support with this matter. All being well we should have our property back and we can move on with our lives. 5 Star service.

I was sold on their satisfaction surveys, price transparency and their locality.

From the initial call to enquire about the service, granular cost breakdown quote after explaining my circumstances, through the property purchase process, and finally completion, Simran was very professional and reassuring throughout, and was very punctual in responding to my questions.

My flat was sold in August 2020. The buyers solicitor had asked for a retention of £300 to cover the (unlikely) eventuality of the service charges (for the period of my occupancy) being revised upwards. I left it for quite as while and started asking if my money could be released to me on 22nd March 2021. I still haven't received it and have today (6th September 2021) raised a formal complaint.

Davison Solicitiors was recommended to me to support with a house purchase. The process turned out to be quite complex but Kyle has been the voice of reason throughout. He was very honest and managed my expectations, never promising anything he couldn’t deliver. There were a few issues, particularly with the mortgage, but Laura was a great help and kept me informed at all times.
With her help I was able to complete in the timescale I wanted.

Gemma was recommended by a friend to do the conveyancing for our house sale and purchase. We could not have been more impressed - she went over and above to push the sale through, being available to chat outside of normal working hours, and dealing with some challenging situations along the way.
