Fay assisted us to handle the whole process of purchasing property in a professional manner. We went through a process of remortgaging - ie taking out a mortgage on 2 properties in order to pay off a bridging loan. My broker referred me to Davisons Law, and Rebecca (Becky) Bradshaw took on the case. She has been responsive and very efficient, as have her assistants, answering queries speedily and in layman's terms which was extremely helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with her.

Becky & Jo were a huge help throughout the process of our property sale. There were challenges at certain periods, from the Land Registry, which delayed the completion, but we were kept informed throughout and always responded to emails in a very timely manner.

Having used a conveyance company recommended by the estate agents when we purchased our property 17 years ago, we really were impressed by the level of service and speed of response by Jo, Becky and Zainab. By using a solicitor in a local office it made it much easier and efficient to take paperwork in and get verified/copied.

Our move was made all the more stressful by the buyer at the bottom of the chain not instigating legal services quickly enough hence the time taken to move, however this was not a reflection on Jo's service. She really did go above and beyond to get us in, and moving day because of her organisation was a dream, completed on both properties by 1pm!

The service we had dealing with Fearn was excellent, Fearn kept us update d at every stage of the process of selling our Flat.
Fearn made each stage very easy to understand and chased / pushed for all information when needed from 3rd party companies.
to keep the sale moving forward.

Our estate agent ( Wilkins) referred us to Davisons to manage the sale of our property. Becky Bradshaw and her assistant Jo Boucher were our contacts. From the start Jo was ‘on the case’ with a draft contract drawn up within three weeks. Communication was excellent. Emails were responded to within minutes and Becky kept us informed when Jo was out of the office. We must also give a special mention to Jo for her patience when dealing with a very difficult mortgage company. Davisons provided an unparalleled experience in my opinion and I hope to use them again in the future when we purchase our next property.

Landlord and Tenant dispute. Well, where do I start, it has been a long journey thus far and we can finally see the light at the end of this tunnel. The tenant living in our property had not paid any rent payments for 9 months and we were hitting our head against the brick wall with no help from the managing agent. We were going through the legal aid process and served our notices to the tenant. Thankfully Lisa and the team were able to step in at such a crucial time with our court date coming and they were able to help and guide us to a possession order at the court hearing. I can’t thank Lisa & her team enough for their help and ongoing support with this matter. All being well we should have our property back and we can move on with our lives. 5 Star service.

I selected Davisons Law for their conveyance service after canvasing several solicitors in and around the West Midlands regarding new build purchase.

I was sold on their satisfaction surveys, price transparency and their locality.

From the initial call to enquire about the service, granular cost breakdown quote after explaining my circumstances, through the property purchase process, and finally completion, Simran was very professional and reassuring throughout, and was very punctual in responding to my questions.

Am I satisfied with the their conveyance service? Yes.

Would I use Davisons Law again in the future? Yes.

Would I recommend them to family, friends and colleagues? Yes.

My flat was sold in August 2020. The buyers solicitor had asked for a retention of £300 to cover the (unlikely) eventuality of the service charges (for the period of my occupancy) being revised upwards. I left it for quite as while and started asking if my money could be released to me on 22nd March 2021. I still haven't received it and have today (6th September 2021) raised a formal complaint.

Davison Solicitiors was recommended to me to support with a house purchase. The process turned out to be quite complex but Kyle has been the voice of reason throughout. As first time buyers, we were so far out of our depth that the fish had light bulbs on their heads...
Despite this, Davisons kept us well informed and helped us to feel safe in such alien waters.
We were kept up to date, we'll informed and even though some (OK, a lot) of what we received went over our heads, it was through the kind and friendly staff that we still felt well informed and safe.

We are happy and more than eager to recommend Davisons to any and all that we meet to hopefully allow others to feel the same reassurance and comfort during such letigiously daunting scenarios.

I would like to thank everyone in the Solihull branch for their hard work and tireless efforts in helping my partner and I into our first real home... Really happy with the process and team at Davisons Law, I was a first time buyer and from what I have heard from other people it can be a very stressful process but it was really smooth and would definitely recommend it to anyone. My only bit of feedback would be a bit more support and explanation during the process, as I was a first time buyer I didnt really know anything so there was a couple times where I got confused on what was required so a bit more support and explanation would of been useful. However this is something minor and definitely wouldnt put me off using them again in the future.

Communication was excellent and really swift. I feel the sale of my property was complex and nuanced and I felt in safe and competent hands.

I was delighted with the service Davisons gave me, everything went smoothly until the buyer's solicitor suddenly went silent, and would not answer calls! Hayley and the team did everything they could to move things along and I am very appreciative of their efforts. It became clear to me during the process that not all solicitors are the same - it certainly pays to choose the right one and I wouldn't hesitate to use Davisons again.

Kerry was completely on top of my sale and was always approachable and communicated clearly. When she wasn't around, other staff like Hayley Foulsham were on hand and reliable.
Even when I went to the office 'on spec' to hand over documents or provide ID, Kerry's staff were very helpful (the biggest challenge was them eventually realising that this ridiculous over-burdensome requirement of 'Credo' for client identification needed a more pragmatic approach for people like me who don't have a passport - so I could only provide 1 proof of id showing a photo (my driving licence photo card ID ). Once Davisons realised that the Credo requirements needed a pragmatic flexible approach, rather thsn slavishly and unquestioningly trying to follow a process forced on them, and hence me, things were fine.

I cannot explain how amazing Rhianne was with our house move and all of the drama that comes with it - there were many issues during our buying process yet the one thing we did not have an issue with was Rhianne at Davisons. I had heard from others who had bought houses that the solicitors are the worst part of the process however that wasn’t the case here. Rhianne completely took the process out of our hands and as first time buyers this was a god send, she kept us informed at all stages and I had almost instant replies by email or phone call when we had a query and we had complete trust that she new exactly what she was doing and would sort everything out for our moving date. Absolutely brilliant and unbelievably professional. Thank you!!

My conveyancing needs seemed to be unduly complicated due to external admin errors at the bank etc. this very nearly caused significant delays and lots of undue stress and cost for me. Harpreet was fantastic at chasing and ensured everything completed on time. Without doubt she is the best and most proactive conveyancer I’ve ever had working for me. In a word she was “Brilliant.” My past experiences with conveyancers was that I would be the one doing the chasing, but I’m glad to say that Harpreet was just so on the ball and had everything covered. She is a massive credit to your company.

Two weeks after politely requesting clarification as to the discrepancies between an initial quotation from Purple Bricks and the quote from Davisons (sic) Law, as well as pointing out that they had misspelt the client's name .... nothing! No clarification, no apology, nothing at all. Decided not to proceed with Davisons (sic) Law after all!
