Experience of purchasing a new build through Charlotte and her team has been easy and reliable. Unfortunately felt I had to chase up another office several times however I was always impressed with things via Charlotte’s side. Thank you all for your time and support.

From Start to finish the handling of both, a sale and a purchase of a new build was exceptional.

Dan's communication was clear, detailed, honest and responses were within a timely manner. Nothing was ever too much for him.

The price of these matters were extremely reasonable and if/when i ever need another solicitor, i wouldn't hesitate on using Dan (& Davisons Law) again.

One extremely happy, stress-free couple.

Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We were very lucky to have been instructed Kirsty Moore as our solicitor. As well a lovely personality, she goes above and beyond for her clients. We would not have managed such an efficient house sale/purchase without her. She was honest with us and always tried her best to get us through quickly. What a pro! So much stress goes into moving home and I am so glad we had Kirsty working with us. She was with us up until the 11th hour of our house sale the day before the stamp duty increase. Probably one of the most stressful days and she got us there through her professional attitude and drive to get things done! Thanks Kirsty I will miss our phone calls! ????

I first used Davisons for the purchase of my renovation bungalow. I was really impressed with how quickly the team dealt with things and even more impressed that I ended up with a slight refund after completion!

I chose them again to sell that same property and buy a new one. Although we were in a chain so it was quite stressful. The team were prompt, friendly and really worked hard to chase the other solicitors and get us to complete on time and prevent a chain collapse.

The staff in the Stafford branch, Lauren and Mia to name a few were fantastic, so friendly and down to earth. William Trinder was great, whenever I needed to get in touch with him, I could with ease which I think is very rare in my experience. He’s a fantastic solicitor and makes sure to do right by you.

I’d recommend Davisons to anyone and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The process of my purchase has been long and drawn out due to a number of delays with the development. Whenever I have communicated with Sasha, she has responded promptly, thoughtfully and respectfully. Particularly keeping me informed of the final process.

After putting my house on the market I was referred to davisons (Stafford) via caley and kullin estate agents and dealt with Lauren Taylor. After a long sale due to implications (buyers side, not davisions), Lauren pulled out all the stops to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Keeping me updated every step of the way and also advising on questions I had. Couldn’t fault the work and patience that Lauren showed.

We chose the Stafford branch of Davisons Law, everyone we spoke to was brilliant from beginning to end. We were first time buyers so had very limited knowledge of how the house buying process worked, every query was answered and we weren’t made to feel stupid or left to figure it out on our own.

Sasha Cox was our conveyancer and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Our seller’s solicitors could be quite problematic at times and we were on a very tight timeline as we needed to be out of our living situation by a certain date or we’d be homeless. Sasha worked hard to ensure our move happened within this timeframe and kept us fully informed throughout the process, sometimes even letting us know things before the estate agents!

We’d highly recommend Davisons to anybody looking to buy a property, especially Sasha Cox!

We had the pleasure of working with Will and his team (Lauren and Kirsty) as part of our recent transaction. Despite encountering difficulties with the buyers of my property, everyone remained professional and understanding.

I am very satisfied with the work and effort they put into the transaction. They handled every obstacle promptly and with no hesitation. Will, in particular, was a fantastic solicitor to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me complete confidence that we were in the right hands.

House purchase, first time buyer.

The transaction went through very smoothly from my point of view. I was kept up to date regularly with progress. A fairly unusual source of funds was handled with the attention and diligence that the law demands, whilst maintaining high levels of respect and professionalism towards myself. I'd be more than happy to instruct Davisons again.

Sasha Cox was our solicitor for three attempted purchases and I can’t thank her and her team (including Natalie Buck) for all their help. I always felt she responded quickly to me messages and was helpful in her responses. Sasha was great at getting our final purchase over the line quickly. Sasha provided a perfect service from start to finish. She was extremely helpful guiding me through everything as I had never sold a property before. She always got back to me straight away answering any questions etc.

I have received a great service throughout the process of selling my property from both Daniel and Al. They provided me with regular updates and were always on hand to reply promptly to email queries or instantly available over the phone to answer any questions I had. Overall I’m delighted with their work on my case and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
