We are very pleased with the service we received from Davisons. Jasprit and Gabriela were always accessible and took the time to answer even our smallest questions, which we really appreciate. They were prompt in responding and kept us updated at every stage.

The only issue we faced was that the source of funds sign-off took a little longer, mainly because it involved international transfers. Even so, they dealt with it professionally, and we appreciate their support throughout.

Overall, we are very happy with the service provided and would gladly recommend them.

We received an excellent conveyancing service. Our affairs were handled with speed and efficiency when we made any contact. Our contact with the paralegal Hannah Stone, in particular, was above and beyond. We felt as though she actually cared and we were not just another case.

I sold my property and bought a new one at the same time, and I used the same solicitor for both transactions. Thomas, my solicitor was excellent throughout the entire process. Buying and selling simultaneously can be very stressful , but I am truly grateful to have had such reliable and professional solicitor looking after me.

Thomas answered my emails promptly and always treated me with respect , whether we spoke over the phone or in person . Most importantly he kept me updated on every development as soon as he had any news. I really appreciated the help and support from Thomas and all the others that were involved in this process. A very big thank you to you all.

Can’t thank Adam & Hannah enough with not only selling my house but also helping me with my next purchase.

It at times was difficult communicating with the sellers solicitors however Adam & Hannah were persistent, kept me in the loop & managed to get me completed before Stamp Duty came into play.

Their attention to detail that some solicitors may slip on is second to non & always had my best interest at heart.

Chloe gave me lots of support and guidance to fight a Non Molestation Order. Chloe explained everything clearly and gave me lots of advice to the different ways to proceed. Chloe always listened to what i had to say, and made me feel at ease the whole time, through a very difficult and upsetting experience. Made a very scary process much easier. Always got through to Harpreet or one of her colleagues to assist with any queries. Harpreet managed my property sale and purchase of new build property. All done in a supportive way. The process was still a challenging one for me but supported as far as possible by Davisons the process eventually went through just on the deadline.

Originally recommended to the company 2 years ago. I have dealt directly with Kiran who has managed to a very high standard the purchase of my property.

Despite 2 sales falling through and eventually successful on 21st March 2024, she continued to demonstrate respect and deal with my enquires in a timely manner.

I also found Thomas very courteous and he took time to go over any financial queries I had.

Overall I am very pleased with the collaborative service I received throughout this period.

Our file was handled by Harpreet and we could not be more pleased. We have bought houses prior to this one and used alternative solicitors but this is by far the best experience we have had. Harpreet always responded promptly to any queries we had and if unavailable by phone they always ensured to get back to us by email very quickly. We had a very tight deadline to be moved in by Christmas and we were worried about the effect this might have, however this did not impact the quality of service we received at all - if anything we are only more impressed that the matter was handled so professionally and in perfect timing for our move.

I’ve bought and sold a few homes and the legal process has always been extremely painful. The lawyers I have used have been unresponsive, slow and often not on top of any of the details. The team are Absolute diamonds! The amount of glitches and curb balls the lender threw at us was unbelievable. Without the dedication & commitment Mike and his team Mary-Clare & Hannah showed in getting my husband and I moved into our ‘forever home’ - the lender I am sure would quite happily have seen us homeless!
They went beyond the call of duty and for that we are truly thankful

From the moment we were put in touch through purplebricks, there was constant communication from the solicitor firm. Lucy O'Connor was extremely helpful, always responded to queries promptly, and was thorough in her responses. She was able to answer every question we had and we felt comfortable raising these with her. The interaction with the sales people was difficult, they didn’t answer messages or give clear pricing. However, once Rebecca was involved everything was amazing. She was easy to get hold of, kept in contact at exactly the right times and gave clear communication. We didn’t feel like our paperwork was sitting on a desk waiting once through the whole process, which was important as we approached the stamp duty holiday deadline. Thank you

Hannah Stone was working on alongside Mike Anson on the sale and purchase of my property, Hannah had excellent communication, kept me updated regularly and answered any queries I had. The service received was very professional and I had full confidence that everything was in hand at all times, there was a hurdle to the sale of my property where by the original sale fell through however after reselling the property a few days later Hannah/Mike picked everything back up where it was left changed everything that needed updating with little involvement from myself this made a stressful situation a lot less stressful for me for this I'm extremely grateful. Excellent service, would definitely recommend, can't thank you enough.

Mike Anson and his team stepped in very late in the purchase of our new property after being let down by our existing sales conveyancing company and very quickly handled the process extremely efficiently. The communication and the way everything was explained to us was excellent.

Excellent, professional and efficient service at every step. Paula and her team kept us updated throughout and dealt with queries efficiently and effectively. In particular, on completion day which was very stressful, Paula and her team gave us confidence that they were doing the very best they could despite the challenging circumstances which helped with the stress! Al and his team took over my son's property purchase at late notice after the original conveyancer was taken ill. Al was fully conversant with the position within a day and after that the service was excellent. Efficient and effective and made sure that completion took place within the month. I would highly recommend Al Nijjar and his team
