My conveyancing journey was a complex one but Carol and Shauna guided me through each step. They kept me regularly updated and persevered through all the complexities of the case. They explained legal terminology to me and made me feel like I was at the centre of the conveyancing process. They gave me realistic timelines and expectations, for which I am grateful. Carol and Jessica were superb in keeping us up to date with the sale of my father’s house.
Carol handled everything very sympathetically and efficiently during this difficult and upsetting time for myself due to my father’s passing.
I would like to thank them both for everything , even though a little rocky at times with the house not being registered with HM Registry (this was handled efficiently and smoothly) and unsuccessful sales falling through. Eventually we got there thanks to Carol and Jessica.

Gemma Barrett worked on behalf of Melissa Flynn to manage the sale of my deceased sister’s flat. Throughout the whole process Gemma worked effectively and efficiently to expedite this sale . She kept me updated on the progress of the sale and was very supportive regarding my queries and always gave straightforward and clear instructions. Gemma had a very pleasant and helpful manner which meant that I felt confident to contact her knowing that nothing was too much trouble. I am grateful to her for that and would certainly recommend her and Melissa to my many family members who live in Birmingham.

I’m a mortgage broker and have been referring Business to Melissa now for about 4 years. I never recommend any other conveyancers because of the service Melissa provides.
When it came to selling my house there was never any doubt about who I would be using.
The whole team are absolutely fantastic, Jeremy from the initial stages with the next steps explained. James stepping in to assist in Melissa’s absence.
Melissa and Gemma - great team, absolutely fantastic. They help calm your nerves and are always so quick to respond.

I can’t recommend Hayley highly enough. She was attentive, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process of selling and buying my home. No matter how many questions I had — even the ones that felt silly — Hayley was always available and happy to help. Jeremy Li was my first contact person with Davisons in new business. He was very professional and efficient. He then handed me over to Carol Parker who handled my house purchase for me. Carol was also very efficient, friendly, and professional in all communications. The purchase went very smoothly and Carol ensured we met the completion deadline, as my mortgage offer was close to expiry date due to the fact the seller took along time to find a property.

Carol was extremely efficient ... dealing with email in a very timely manner & letting me know of any actions that needed my input/action.

During the sale of my late parents property, we had to deal with the Leaseholder company & from experience, this can be very slow. My sister & I were delighted that the exchange and completion were done in a vey quick turnaround.

Delighted with the service that we received and at a very reasonable cost.

Kerry and Lynn worked on my case and they were brilliant. Since the builder proposed a deadline to complete the registration process within a short span,

Part of the process involved selling of existing house (part exchange) and also buying a new house from the builder. The pressure was immense and the team helped me to complete the transaction on time. Kerry and Lynn supported me in the process and helped me achieve the time scales. Appreciate their support

Without their help I'm not quite sure I would have completed on the property because they kept in contact with the other side and made contact with the rest of the chain so completion could take place.

As first time buyers, we were so far out of our depth that the fish had light bulbs on their heads...
Despite this, Davisons kept us well informed and helped us to feel safe in such alien waters.
We were kept up to date, we'll informed and even though some (OK, a lot) of what we received went over our heads, it was through the kind and friendly staff that we still felt well informed and safe.

We are happy and more than eager to recommend Davisons to any and all that we meet to hopefully allow others to feel the same reassurance and comfort during such letigiously daunting scenarios.

I would like to thank everyone in the Solihull branch for their hard work and tireless efforts in helping my partner and I into our first real home... And although our son is more likely to hide behind his mum's leg and nervously wave, I know he is just as grateful for getting him his very own bedroom.

Really happy with the process and team at Davisons Law, I was a first time buyer and from what I have heard from other people it can be a very stressful process but it was really smooth and would definitely recommend it to anyone. My only bit of feedback would be a bit more support and explanation during the process, as I was a first time buyer I didnt really know anything so there was a couple times where I got confused on what was required so a bit more support and explanation would of been useful. However this is something minor and definitely wouldnt put me off using them again in the future.

I was delighted with the service Davisons gave me, everything went smoothly until the buyer's solicitor suddenly went silent, and would not answer calls! Hayley and the team did everything they could to move things along and I am very appreciative of their efforts. It became clear to me during the process that not all solicitors are the same - it certainly pays to choose the right one and I wouldn't hesitate to use Davisons again.

I cannot explain how amazing Rhianne was with our house move and all of the drama that comes with it - there were many issues during our buying process yet the one thing we did not have an issue with was Rhianne at Davisons. I had heard from others who had bought houses that the solicitors are the worst part of the process however that wasn’t the case here. Rhianne completely took the process out of our hands and as first time buyers this was a god send, she kept us informed at all stages and I had almost instant replies by email or phone call when we had a query and we had complete trust that she new exactly what she was doing and would sort everything out for our moving date. Absolutely brilliant and unbelievably professional. Thank you!!

My conveyancing needs seemed to be unduly complicated due to external admin errors at the bank etc. this very nearly caused significant delays and lots of undue stress and cost for me. Harpreet was fantastic at chasing and ensured everything completed on time. Without doubt she is the best and most proactive conveyancer I’ve ever had working for me. In a word she was “Brilliant.” My past experiences with conveyancers was that I would be the one doing the chasing, but I’m glad to say that Harpreet was just so on the ball and had everything covered. They work with Purple Bricks amongst others and provide a swift and efficient service. Weekly updates by msg are helpful and support staff are quick to respond by phone or email. Some actual paperwork is necessary so be prepared to use Royal Mail at times and access to a scanner for quick replies online would be an advantage to the customer.
Would I use them again…..Yes!
Are they expensive…. Not really and their fees are clearly laid out before work commences.

Melissa and Heidi were amazing!!!! They worked so hard for us. They were very fast at replying to us and always helpful. Having been with other solicitor companies in the past we have found them to be a ‘law on to them selves’ using such responses as ‘the standard turn around time for this is xxxx’ we never heard that from Melissa or Heidi . They worked at a pace they could achieve! If the standard turn around time for instances was a week they would offend deliver better than that. They were both on hand for any questions and were both very helpful. Leading up to our exchange and completion they made sure we were well prepared and informed. In our chain of house sales it was evident that other solicitors and/or clients where not as well prepared. Due to Melissa’s and Heidi’s diligence and organisation we had every confidence we were well prepared. On the day of exchange and completion it is always the busiest and most stressful day. They worked it all through for us without our involvement and simply updated us as it happened. We truly knew we had the best solicitor team in the chain by a country mile! We couldn’t be happier or speak anymore highly of them, they’re simply great!!! Thank you so much !!!!

Sam took on our case three weeks prior to a fact find hearing that had already previously been adjourned. To say he had very little time to familiarise himself with our case would be an understatement, nevertheless, he prioritised our work with upmost importance.

From our first meeting, Sam displayed a high level professionalism coupled with great understanding and empathy towards our family situation.

I have already recommended Sam’s services to an acquaintance and I would be happy to in the future. If the need arose (which I hope it does not) I would not hesitate to instruct Sam again.

Thank you for working hard to assist in gaining the best possible outcome for my children, in what proved to be a complex case.

Although the purchase and sale of my properties took a very long time to complete I found Kiranjit very helpful and easy to talk to at any time. She was quick to respond to my emails and very friendly. The staff working alongside were also very helpful.

Communication was great. In addition the legal assistants were brilliant and whenever I had a query they were all up to speed on the current status if the solicitor was unavailable. If I could not get an answer it was sought very swiftly and answered in the same day.

we would absolutely use DavidsonLaw in the future. Hannah Charlotte Gemma and Sian were a real pillar of support throughout the whole buy and sell.
They were polite and informative and were always there to clarify questions and ensure we knew the next steps.
This wasn’t a straight forward sale which unfortunately went on for longer than anticipated. Hannah ensured all of my notes were handed over for annual leave and that a representative was on hand at all times and up to date with our case. If we called we were always met with such a humanised and positive approach and my mind was always put at rest. I really cannot thank them all enough they are a credit to the firm.

From the beginning of the sale of our home and purchase of our new home Witneys team have been fantastic. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and I felt relaxed all the way through. Throughout the entire process Charlotte and Davidsons Law where the only party involved who kept the process moving, provided updates and explaining what info what required, where hold ups where etc.
Without this dedication it would have no doubt taken a lot longer to complete on the sale of my house and prevented delaying us moving in to our new home

Fearn spoke directly about more technical matters when required
Elisa called me 5-15pm to talk about exchange and managed my expectations
Jamie helped to his abilities, otherwise referred me to Fearn who took calls when required - she was obviously busy, as you would expect.

Conveyancing for sale and purchase.
Arduous process but Davisons were very good throughout despite difficulties liaising with our buyer’s solicitor.

Eliza Broadhurst in particular was very helpful, extremely polite, totally professional and (crucially)always available when we we called.

One point to improve would be: there was a time I came in to the office and hoped I could speak face to face with Fearne for a moment - it was a pressured time during the process (not Davisons fault at all!) and I was seeking a short conversation, but she didn’t make herself available to see me.

As hard as moving house is, Gemma made it as easy as could be.

Hannah follows was amazing. We had a short deadline of 4 weeks and from day one Hannah was positive on getting completion sorted by our due date. She kept us updated constantly and replied very quickly If we had any worries. She was also very friendly but professional with her emails.
