I have just had my remortgage and transfer of equity completed this week and I could not be happier! I am so happy that I had a brilliant solicitor and her assistant Melissa and Gemma who both were in control to get the process completed for me and I was very happy with the support I received to get the process done.

Gemma was recommended by a friend to do the conveyancing for our house sale and purchase. We could not have been more impressed - she went over and above to push the sale through, being available to chat outside of normal working hours, and dealing with some challenging situations along the way. Her assistant Sally was also fantastic - they are a great team! Highly recommend to all and cannot thank them both enough.

Kerry and Lynn worked on my case and they were brilliant. Since the builder proposed a deadline to complete the registration process within a short span,

Part of the process involved selling of existing house (part exchange) and also buying a new house from the builder. The pressure was immense and the team helped me to complete the transaction on time. Kerry and Lynn supported me in the process and helped me achieve the time scales. Appreciate their support

We originally chose Davisons via recommendation from the estate agents and had also received recommendations from family and friends. We used Davisons for both the purchase and sale of our home. Their service was second to none, they dealt with a difficult buyer and solicitor with the upmost professionalism. Would recommend instantaneously to any family member or friend. Thank you.

Davisons acted on my sale and purchase and I have been delighted with their service. Kerry, Lynn and Amira were all very professional and kept me up to date with the process. Without their help I'm not quite sure I would have completed on the property because they kept in contact with the other side and made contact with the rest of the chain so completion could take place.

As first time buyers, we were so far out of our depth that the fish had light bulbs on their heads...
Despite this, Davisons kept us well informed and helped us to feel safe in such alien waters.
We were kept up to date, we'll informed and even though some (OK, a lot) of what we received went over our heads, it was through the kind and friendly staff that we still felt well informed and safe.

We are happy and more than eager to recommend Davisons to any and all that we meet to hopefully allow others to feel the same reassurance and comfort during such letigiously daunting scenarios.

I would like to thank everyone in the Solihull branch for their hard work and tireless efforts in helping my partner and I into our first real home... And although our son is more likely to hide behind his mum's leg and nervously wave, I know he is just as grateful for getting him his very own bedroom.

Thank you, Davisons.
(and thank you Lynn Jones for that late night sorting email attachments, after closing time. That has remained one of the moments that assured me that Davisons and you personally were the the best choice)

Really happy with the process and team at Davisons Law, I was a first time buyer and from what I have heard from other people it can be a very stressful process but it was really smooth and would definitely recommend it to anyone. My only bit of feedback would be a bit more support and explanation during the process, as I was a first time buyer I didnt really know anything so there was a couple times where I got confused on what was required so a bit more support and explanation would of been useful. However this is something minor and definitely wouldnt put me off using them again in the future.

I was delighted with the service Davisons gave me, everything went smoothly until the buyer's solicitor suddenly went silent, and would not answer calls! Hayley and the team did everything they could to move things along and I am very appreciative of their efforts. It became clear to me during the process that not all solicitors are the same - it certainly pays to choose the right one and I wouldn't hesitate to use Davisons again.

I cannot explain how amazing Rhianne was with our house move and all of the drama that comes with it - there were many issues during our buying process yet the one thing we did not have an issue with was Rhianne at Davisons. I had heard from others who had bought houses that the solicitors are the worst part of the process however that wasn’t the case here. Rhianne completely took the process out of our hands and as first time buyers this was a god send, she kept us informed at all stages and I had almost instant replies by email or phone call when we had a query and we had complete trust that she new exactly what she was doing and would sort everything out for our moving date. Absolutely brilliant and unbelievably professional. Thank you!!

My conveyancing needs seemed to be unduly complicated due to external admin errors at the bank etc. this very nearly caused significant delays and lots of undue stress and cost for me. Harpreet was fantastic at chasing and ensured everything completed on time. Without doubt she is the best and most proactive conveyancer I’ve ever had working for me. In a word she was “Brilliant.” My past experiences with conveyancers was that I would be the one doing the chasing, but I’m glad to say that Harpreet was just so on the ball and had everything covered. She is a massive credit to your company.

Some actual paperwork is necessary so be prepared to use Royal Mail at times and access to a scanner for quick replies online would be an advantage to the customer.
Would I use them again…..Yes!
Are they expensive…. Not really and their fees are clearly laid out before work commences.

Melissa and Heidi were amazing!!!! They worked so hard for us. They were very fast at replying to us and always helpful. Having been with other solicitor companies in the past we have found them to be a ‘law on to them selves’ using such responses as ‘the standard turn around time for this is xxxx’ we never heard that from Melissa or Heidi . They worked at a pace they could achieve! If the standard turn around time for instances was a week they would offend deliver better than that. They were both on hand for any questions and were both very helpful. Leading up to our exchange and completion they made sure we were well prepared and informed. In our chain of house sales it was evident that other solicitors and/or clients where not as well prepared. Due to Melissa’s and Heidi’s diligence and organisation we had every confidence we were well prepared. On the day of exchange and completion it is always the busiest and most stressful day. They worked it all through for us without our involvement and simply updated us as it happened. We truly knew we had the best solicitor team in the chain by a country mile! We couldn’t be happier or speak anymore highly of them, they’re simply great!!! Thank you so much !!!!

Sam took on our case three weeks prior to a fact find hearing that had already previously been adjourned. To say he had very little time to familiarise himself with our case would be an understatement, nevertheless, he prioritised our work with upmost importance.

From our first meeting, Sam displayed a high level professionalism coupled with great understanding and empathy towards our family situation.

Having used a conveyance company recommended by the estate agents when we purchased our property 17 years ago, we really were impressed by the level of service and speed of response by Jo, Becky and Zainab. By using a solicitor in a local office it made it much easier and efficient to take paperwork in and get verified/copied.

Our move was made all the more stressful by the buyer at the bottom of the chain not instigating legal services quickly enough hence the time taken to move, however this was not a reflection on Jo's service. She really did go above and beyond to get us in, and moving day because of her organisation was a dream, completed on both properties by 1pm!

Our estate agent ( Wilkins) referred us to Davisons to manage the sale of our property. Becky Bradshaw and her assistant Jo Boucher were our contacts. From the start Jo was ‘on the case’ with a draft contract drawn up within three weeks. Communication was excellent. Emails were responded to within minutes and Becky kept us informed when Jo was out of the office. We must also give a special mention to Jo for her patience when dealing with a very difficult mortgage company. Davisons provided an unparalleled experience in my opinion and I hope to use them again in the future when we purchase our next property.

Landlord and Tenant dispute. Well, where do I start, it has been a long journey thus far and we can finally see the light at the end of this tunnel. The tenant living in our property had not paid any rent payments for 9 months and we were hitting our head against the brick wall with no help from the managing agent. We were going through the legal aid process and served our notices to the tenant. Thankfully Lisa and the team were able to step in at such a crucial time with our court date coming and they were able to help and guide us to a possession order at the court hearing. I can’t thank Lisa & her team enough for their help and ongoing support with this matter. All being well we should have our property back and we can move on with our lives. 5 Star service.

I was sold on their satisfaction surveys, price transparency and their locality.

From the initial call to enquire about the service, granular cost breakdown quote after explaining my circumstances, through the property purchase process, and finally completion, Simran was very professional and reassuring throughout, and was very punctual in responding to my questions.
