Zoe Carter helped me have a better understanding of the legal process. To be able to go forward and push to have contact with my daughter once again. Zoe was always available to talk to and responded to emails or calls very quickly.
This made such a difference at a time in my life when things were happening very slow, difficult, heartbreaking and frustrating. I had reassurance from Zoe that things where finally moving forward.
I could not of asked for more from her.

My experience with Stowe Family Law has been exceptional I have never used a solicitor before so I can't compare but under the circumstances I don't need to. The service I have received has been amazing I was made to feel very comfortable everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand, I was told all the ins & outs of what could or could not happen so I was very much at ease when the court appearance arrived. I would definitely recommend these solicitors to anyone.

I have contacted Stowe Family Law in Cheltenham today and had a call back from Zoe Carter. She has spent 16min over the phone with me listening to my story and circumstances. Afterwards she gave me her professional advice. For free. The advice was that I didn't have to do anything, just keep the things as they were because everything was good and right at the moment. In my worry for my children and desperate need for professional advice Zoe could have easily said that I needed her help, and I would agree, even if it would cost a lot because I was scared and so worried.
If you don't know what to do and you need professional advice but you don't know who to trust or who will simply be honest with you contact Stowe Family Law and you will get the help you need.
Zoe, I am so grateful for what you have done for me today. I wish you all the best in your professional and private life.

I would highly recommend Louise Chipchase based at the Cheltenham office, who I have known for many years. She is extremely skilled in Family and Finance Law, and always offers robust and realistic representation. You will not be disappointed with her representation. She is very diligent, understanding, hard working and always strives to achieve the best outcome where possible for all her clients. Lousie at Stowe Family Law, has helped me on a few occasions with sorting contact with my daughters father & offering valuable advice.
She is very professional and always gives 100%.
She always got back to me in a timely matter and was always able to put my concerns and worries to rest, however making sure I wasn’t being unrealistic in what outcome I was expecting.
Her professionalism, expertise, empathy & advice means I wouldn't want anyone else representing me or my family.
I can not recommend her highly enough.
