Helen Millar is a credit to the Stowe Family Law Team! She continually supported me throughout a litigious private child law matter, in which I acquired everything I wanted from the Court, and much more! The shared care arrangements that are now in place are testament to Helen! I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen to anyone that finds themselves in a family dispute. I write this is a very very satisfied customer, and Lawyer... Stowe Family Law are very lucky to have such a wonderful Lawyer working for them!

I worked with Nastassia during my divorce and am so glad I did. She made a horrible experience as easy and bearable as she could with a caring and attentive attitude. She ensured I knew what was going at all times and explained clearly. No decisions were forced on me and I was allowed to make my own mind up on things. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in such a position. Thank you

A divorce with very young children left me in perhaps the most vulnerable situation I have experienced in life to date. If ever there is a time in life one needs a very qualified professional to be not only very qualified and professional, but to also be infinitely human, then this is the time.
That is what I found in Jason and what has helped so much, whilst working through what was inevitably always going to be a painful process.
Jason has a manner that is unfailingly calm and reassuring which has been invaluable in trying to navigate the stormy seas of separation.
He was approachable from the outset and always mindful and accommodating of my young children.
The process of divorce is never going to be pleasant, that goes without saying but Jason has a knack of finding a sliver of humour even on the darkest of days and sometimes that particular skill is as much appreciated as the level of expertise provided.

We took up the Amnesty International Free Will offer, and were lucky enough to get an appointment with Jane Gray.
She helped us through the senstive and confusing subject of will writing. We had an initial meeting and Jane guided us through everything we needed to think about, took notes of our wishes and then prepared draft wills for us to approve and sign at a second meeting.

Jane made the whole process very simple and as a bonus gave us our final wills in both hard copy and also electronic copy, so we could send to family and executors.

I was lucky enough to have Jane Gray, a solicitor from Stowe Family Law in Altrincham, to help me prepare and amend my Will after my mother died. I found Jane to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring at what was a very difficult time. I would highly recommend her services.

I can't thank Jason Stanley and the Stowe team enough. Stowe had handled my divorce both sensibly and cost-effectively, so when I needed help with Child Arrangements I naturally called Stowe.

Jason gave sensible advice, which has given me the right outcome without incurring a huge cost. Communication was always clear and compassionate, and I was aware of all the options at each stage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason and the Stowe team.

I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and individual approach which I received from Stowe generally and from Jane Gray in particular. I felt respected, heard and very supported and I'm spreading the word about the very high standards of this company. Living in the south, a local office was very convenient too for dropping in documents!

The team at Stowe are dedicated to finding the best solution for their clients. If sitting around a table is right for the client then they will support them to work in mediation. If going to court is necessary then they will guide and protect their client through that process. Client care is the top of their list.

Choosing a solicitor when going through a divorce is a very difficult decision. For anybody going through this agonising journey I make but one suggestion...Helen Miller. From the moment I spoke to Helen, I felt secure that she was the right person from the job. Not only her wealth of knowledge and experience, but her kind and empathetic manner put me at ease. Don’t be fooled, Helen is strong willed and will fight your case for you but she knows how to act with the other party to get the best outcome for her clients. Her suggestion of barrister, Simon, was also fantastic and both worked tremendously hard to achieve and secure a financial future for myself and my children.
Thank you to Helen and all her colleagues at Stowe, I can not thank you enough for your help and support through the most trying of times.

Hannah Atkinson at Stowe Family Law was without doubt the best solicitor that I could have possibly wished for in dealing with my divorce. I was extremely impressed with Hannah's calm yet determined personality, her professionalism and knowledge of the Law are outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hannah to anyone embarking on the very difficult decision to get divorced, she will do her very best for you at all times, be tough in negotiations and get you the best outcome possible.

My divorce has been the most difficult time emotionally, physically and financially, but my solicitor Nastassia was wonderful. She and her colleagues at Stowe Family Law guided me through the whole process professionally and compassionately. Legal terms and processes were broken down to make sense to me and I always felt I could call for help with any query relating to the divorce. I can never put into words properly the gratitude I feel for all the help I received at Stowe Family Law.

Jason Stanley made Partner during my matter and I would commend the promotion.
He's personable, manages expectations well and garners confidence early on.
With all firms workloads are high but he does his best to accommodate at unfriendly hours for him especially if there's real time sensitivity.
Happily recommend, Jason for your family matter.

I have recently been through a stressful divorce situation which I had put off for a long time for fear of the outcome. When I was first introduced to Jason Stanley I knew straight away that I would be in safe hands. His calmness and empathy immediately put me at ease as a client. With his extremely professional approach to my case and his knowledgeable grasp of the law he explained the whole case scenario in terms that I could easily understand. Whenever I had a 'wobble' Jason was always there with his rational and studied advice which saw me through to resolution. From entering Jason's office to leaving the court with a very positive outcome - he was there every step of the way. Not only does he possess an extremely sharp legal mind he is an extremely nice person and that made all the difference. I would thoroughly recommend Jason Stanley's services to anybody

My experience dealing with Stowe Family Law was overall very good. Given the delegacy of my case Camilla was very personable and was able to make feel at ease on numerous occasions that I would reach a positive outcome - and this was delivered.

The only negative I would say was when dealing with Hannah, although she was nothing but professional, she often positioned my case in more of a pessimistic light - something that could have made me concede easier on certain aspects of the agreement

However, taking a balanced view I would definitely recommend the firm to anyone dealing with a case similar to myself
