I am so pleased I had sarah and Louise to help with my house purchase. I recently had a property purchase and your convincing team handled the transaction with caution. The property had a very short lease but Neelam was excellent in preparing and finalising the negotiations. She is very attentive in the work she does and always a phone call away to answer any queries, never left waiting for hours or days. We have used her expertise twice now and will continue to so.

I was recommended this company from the Mortgage Advice Bureau to help me with the purchase of my house. I had Jane Mulholland & Gemma Rainford working on my behalf and I can't thank them enough for their genuinely professional & friendly manner.

Due to Coronavirus my wife and I were unable to attend your office to discuss making our wills. Your receptionist advised it could be still be done remotely. A telephone appointment was arranged and we discussed the matter with your Mrs Emily White. The information and advice she provided was helpful and straightforward. As promised we received draft documents by post, which we amended to suit our requirements and returned. Within days we received the final documents with clear instructions as to how we should have our wills correctly witnessed. We received a final letter and payment receipt by post. All in all a very satisfactory, efficient service which we were pleased with. Thank you.

I used quality solicitors Davidsons to deal with purchasing process of my property. I was awestruck when I called them, and I couldn't believe how quick they set-up an account so as I can track down the process. It was fairly straightforward and were quick to respond on any issue that might arise.

I am quite happy with the service rendered and reasonably fair with their cost.

I would highly recommend anyone who wants a hassle free service.

I feel we had good service from friendly and efficient staff. One doesn’t sell a house very often. The internet has changed the process significantly since my last house sale/ purchase.
Davison’s were one of a few suggested solicitors via the estate agent. Overall I am happy. Short term parking by the Solihull office would have been useful as we had to pop in and drop things off a few times.

Attorney McEween and assistants have been extremely helpful and patient with the handling of a probate matter for my mother who is 88 years old and myself despite the fact that we both now reside in Grenada, West Indies.

All good service, quick and easy. Only downside is that you're wanting lots signed and returned and don't even put a self addressed envelope or stamp in. The amount we pay for a solicitor and the costs we're going through to buy a house I would at least expect that.

The only negative thing we found was that when things seemed to be dragging their heels, no one approached us to offer an explanation until we contacted your office so it was reactive rather than proactive. The delays, it seems, were wholly down the the purchasers solicitor and the log jam removed after some prodding. Other than that the process was fairly seamless and painfree.

I felt that the process was quite well handled, and all the communication i did have with Claire was helpful and prompt.

I did feel that there was a long time where i heard nothing- before exchange - but i dont know if this is normal, or perhaps i didnt chase enough- and i think there was some sickness as well. But when i called up- my file was picked up by someone else and i felt reassured that it was being dealt with.

The info i got at the very start was very useful (it was a pack about buying and what to expect and how the process wors etc).

I found all of the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Communication was good and appreciated the assistance when the buyers solicitors were late with paperwork close to deadline.

No completion no fee was very welcome as our first sale fell through at the last minute. Quick turn-around with second purchaser without the need for repetition of form filling etc.

From start to finish, the service was professional and informative. Any queries raised were promptly dealt with and overall the transaction was quick and effortless. As a first time buyer, I felt well look after and I am grateful for the recommendation. Although I never met Jess throughout this whole process, no issues arose which couldn't be dealt with via email or a phone call.

Our mortgage went through very quickly. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was at the very end when we were unsure of what the completion date was as we were given 3 different dates. Apart from that Carly and Syiane were fantastic.

Natalie was both very efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure to be addressed as a person with a first name, rather than just as client by title and surname.

If I have one criticism, it is that the company would do well to invest in a decent interactive tracking system for the 21st century (such as used by Premier Property Lawyers), rather than track-a-matter, which seems rather pointless software and provided less information than was available in emails.

That being said, my overall experience was very satisfactory, and together, we must have broken a conveyancing speed record!
