I came across Stowe during a specific search online and I am so glad I found them. Once my background case had been assessed, Gareth Curtis was recommended to me as the best placed for my needs. Gareth has been so empathic, supporting and pre-emptive of outcomes before they happened which I have to say helped me to understand the process very well and take some comfort in his knowledge.
Stowe were also able to provide in house forensic accounting and recommend to me a very well suited Barrister and other experts that I have needed to call upon. I am happy with the outcome they achieved for me.
There is no shadow of doubt that I would highly recommend using Stowe, they will be there every step of the way to ensure you are looked after and receive the best possible advice available. Thank you.

Ive been working with michelle here since around april of this year and so far cannot fault any of her work or sing her praises high enough. Always returns calls and emails in good time, always listens to everything i say and acts in response, and advice has been first class. Highly recommend to everyone who needs assistance in family courts

Gareth was my solicitor over a 12-month and rather exhausting divorce.
I received fantastic service and support throughout. He was readily available and always on-hand to offer assistance and guidance through an exceptionally difficult and emotional time in my life.
Gareth was always honest and showed great integrity regardless of the situation. The expertise he offered was unparalleled and gave me a great sense of security and comfort that my case was being handled by the right person.
In my opinion, he is one of the most genuine and empathetic men in his field and I could not recommend him and the service provided enough.

Gareth has represented me through a challenging divorce settlement and access agreement. He is very thorough & offered great advice throughout the process whilst allowing me the freedom to come to quite a unique but agreeable settlement. His advice, not limited to the legalities of the process, was always fair and his help during a very difficult period was invaluable.
Gareth is very professional in his role while remaining empathetic & supportive during what inevitably is a very emotional & difficult time for everyone involved. I have no hesitation in recommending him to represent you through the process.

The best firm I have had to deal with my case and the solicitor, Rachel Darrel, has handled my case very well. Rachel is very kind, compassionate and very understanding of her client and also very efficient at handling my case and does her best when it comes to dealing with my case and works around the clock to get all she can done on this. In addition to this, the manager, Gareth Curtis, is helpful when it comes to advice and his knowledge on the case is very good. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants the best.

I can’t recommend Stowe Family Law highly enough! Defending myself as a litigant in person has been incredibly stressful (against Barristers for the other side). Senior Family Lawyer Michelle Ashworth has been absolutely amazing, guiding myself carefully through the process and getting me in a position where I’m confident I can properly represent myself at court.
